Property Ratings at The Reserve at Catawba Creek
My upstairs air conditioning unit went out last week. I called maintenance and they were here within 10 minutes and had it fixed within 30 min. Suzanne is excellent. Wonderful place to live - Great team here
The management team is awesome!!! The leasing manager is a wonderful and caring person (Suzanne). The maintenance crew is very reliable and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. These Townhomes is very nice and it is a very quiet place to live. Just an awesome place to live. Loved living here. Need a Townhome, I recommend The Reserve at Catawba Creek....
I have lived in the Reserve at Catawba Creek for over two years. They are quality built Town homes and well maintained. The manager of the property does an outstanding job over seeing the community. They are by far the highest quality and nicest apartments available in Gaston County.
They've switched management 3 times since living here in a short period of time. The office is very overwhelmed and rude to walk ins.

I have lived here since November 2014 and love it here. The granite countertops in the kitchen are beautiful. I have 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. It is all brand new and well built. It is so big and feels like a house. Management is always friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean and well kept and the neighbors are friendly without being intrusive. I plan on being here for a long time.
What a great place! The staff are friendly and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The granite countertops are awesome and the amenities are fantastic. There is a family friendly pool and a gym. We love it!
