Updated throughout the complex. If you should happen to need maintenance, they are on site and respond promptly. All members of the staff and management very knowledgeable, polite, and professional in interactions with all tenants. Those are reasons why I have remained a Tennant continously for 17 years come October, 2024. I absolutely adore all the green space, unlike alot of apartment complexes that resemble a concrete jungle amongst a used car lot. True luxury in every respect at a very competitive price.

Everything is great here , from staff in office to maintenance . Everything is up kept and clean . Maybe a little strict on certain things but I understand the reasoning behind them. Only downfall of this place is the hikes in rents. IT IS crazy the increase I got, only reason I stayed is cause it don't like moving to often , but accepted and stayed another year cause of the staff and friendliness and efficiency of maintenance requests ( which aren't too often) I would def recommend this place and I have many times to coworkers.

Wow! What a place to live. Quiet at the right times of the day. Full of kind residents that stop and say hello as you’re walking with your children or pets. I’ve seen some retired persons out walking around picking up trash around the property to show folks care about where they live overall and not just their individual unit. Never have seen that ever! I also had a kind gentleman ask if I was lost when I passed by his car a second time while I was walking to the dumpster to throw away trash in the night time hours! I’m not sure how much help he was gonna be to me if I was in distress since I did see and smell that he was under the influence and smoking marijuana (legal all the way in MO) due to the odor emitting from his vehicle when I passed by the first time. But if that is against a community rules, PRG may want to send out a PSA. Wink wink. This place has a vibe though and I love it! Come one and come all to Reserve at Barry!

The staff and maintenance at Barry Reserve are really responsive and helpful. Trust me, I've dealt with some apartment managers that are sub par at best. These guys are the best I've dealt with. I recommend anyone who is sick of bad property managers in other complexes to come to Barry Reserve. Best place for the money!!

Great place to live! Close to everything yet still has small community feel. Layout of apartment homes is such that you don't feel you are living right on top of each. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional!

The Reserve at Barry Apartments are totally refurbished with all appliances including in apartment washer and dryers that are not coin operated. Windows and patio doors are new for energy conservation. The kitchen not only has stove and refrigerator but built in microwave and dishwasher. To make cleanup a breeze brand new cabinets with granite counter tops. There are 57 acres with lots of walkable green spaces, not a concrete jungle. A very modern gym with outdoor pool and bbq grill and seating. Large area for dog park with dog wash. Tennis court, volley ball court, play ground area with slide for kids with bbq grill and seating. Not just one swimming pool but two. This lush green space is relaxing, a place to unwind after a busy day at work. Truly luxury living at a very reasonable rate. If you come visit I believe you will fall in love with the Reserve as I have during my 16 plus years of living luxuriously at a reasonable price.

This complex is not a new building construction and you can find more square footage for less money but the location is perfect. Shopping in every direction, hospital right across the street and the office and maintenance team are wonderful. Safe neighborhood, patrolled, and neighbors quite and respectful.

Living here for me has been just great, for the moderately priced homes, this could be your last stop in your search, been here more than 10 years, and more to come. It's great place for your children to play and schools are close and lots of convenient shopping is all around, access to many major roads and interstates. Maintenance crew here are second to none, they respond very quickly to any calls they receive they have a wonderful office staff here that is at your side at all times I think you'll enjoy your stay here in the very spacious units..

Living at the Reserve at Barry in a stress free environment is important to me. It is a well maintained and landscaped 57 acres. No concrete jungle here. Descent major improvement is apartments are nothing less than amazing. Hint: ask to see a show room model to see what I am so thrilled about.
