My roommates and I have lived at the Reserve for two years, and we couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to call home! The complex has everything we need and we love hanging out in the clubhouse or by the pool. The Reserve managers are always sweet and friendly, maintence is incredibly fast, and every staff member genuinely cares about their residents. My favorite part of the Reserve is how much effort Sunny and Carolyn put in by organizing community events so we can meet our neighbors! This is the best complex I’ve had the privilege of living in and I don’t ever want to leave!

The Reserve is such a welcoming property! I lived here for 2 years and it was the best decision I have made. It is a little pricey but worth every penny! The office ladies Carolyn and Sunny are so nice as well.

Living here has been amazing! Management is awesome and the amenities are worth it :) Can't wait to continue being a resident for years to come.
I have been living at the Reserve for almost one year and it has been excellent. The property managers are kind and respectful and go above and beyond for their tenants. The units are nice and clean and perfect for students. The community is nice and Sunny and Carolyn, the property managers, often provide food at the clubhouse for special events. It is a perfect place for students! The property is in a great location and is close to campus as well as it being only a few minutes drive from Wards and Timberlake Rd. I would highly recommend living at the Reserve!
The reserve is awesome! The tents are so nice and really bring a nice warm welcome to the complex. The neighbors are so nice and welcoming and actually have become good friends with some of them. The amenities are always super clean and nice to have in close walking distance. The rooms are very spacious and the doors have code locks so you can feel safe when you leave your room for the day. Highly recommend to all friends and others.
The Reserve has everything and it is brand new and it's all included in the rent! Private bedrooms, private baths and walk in closets, lots of amenities and close to campus! I definitely recommend it!!

Any assistance needed by a tenant is happily taken care of by the kind and helpful property management team. Apartment buildings are well kept, clean, simple, and aesthetic. I highly recommend these buildings for students or recent grads who are looking for a comfortable living space that is close enough to campus.
