the leasing office communicates terribly and the maintenance team will take months to adequately fix something. move here if you don’t mind having no hot water for 4 days and the maintenance team as well as the leasing office act like those are normal conditions to be paying for.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

Our hot water has been down since mid-February 2021 and it still isn’t fixed. They stopped providing answers in early March and aren’t allowing anyone to terminate their lease or discounting rent. They claim they are working on it but can’t prove it and haven’t provided any updates in a month and a half.

Hi Elizabeth, First, we understand that this situation has been difficult and frustrating to deal with. Please understand that we take this matter very seriously and are doing everything in our power to complete the necessary repairs. Texas law permits landlords a ‘reasonable’ amount of time to make repairs, and ‘reasonable’ considers the severity and nature of the condition and the availability of materials, labor, and utilities. Given the natural disaster Texas experienced and the widespread impacts, it has been extremely difficult to secure the materials and labor necessary to make the final repairs. We are continuing to do everything in our power to get the second boiler up and running. In the meantime, one boiler has been providing hot and warm water to the property. We do not believe we have violated our duty as landlord and, as such, your lease agreement remains valid and enforceable. – NALS Resident Relations

Love this place!

The grounds are kept very nice and the staff is very helpful. Dee helped me with the entire move in process. John also helped me find where to park when I moved my belongings. The apartment itself is super nice and nothing better than coming with a washer, dryer, and updated appliances!

Very helpful & great service

The Remington apartments and the staff has been very helpful in assisting me with the process trying to get an apartment in this complex. Especially when I have issues with my current apartment they was very patient with me and gave the best advice for my situation. I would definitely recommend those that looking for a place that is helpful & also military friendly as well. Also having in unit laundry at an affordable price is a plus too.

Great Service!

The Remington staff provided quick and efficient service. I was in a rush trying to find a nice apartment complex for my husband and I to move into once he returned from Afghanistan. Dee and the rest of the Remington staff helped ensure that my husband had a nice, comfortable apartment ready when he returned home. The staff is very friendly and they try to accommodate you as much as possible. I would definitely recommend the Remington to anyone who is in search of a nice affordable place to call home. -Danisha
