Morristown is home to one of the best downtown areas in New Jersey. Downtown Morristown offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern convenience with a slew of diverse restaurants, boutiques, bars, and cafes in brick buildings along South Street, Morris Street, and Speedwell Avenue.
The Morristown Green lies at the heart of the neighborhood, providing 2.5 acres of lush green space for community festivals and events held throughout the year. Apartments in Downtown Morristown are generally within walking distance of the Green as well as the countless shopping and dining options on the community’s main thoroughfares. NJ Transit’s Morristown Station sits in the eastern portion of the neighborhood, connecting Downtown Morristown to Manhattan in about an hour.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Regency on Elm
I have been living here for the past 1.5 years now. Really pleased with the entire staff ( very professional, available all the time to help you out with anything). The building is very well maintained and the vicinity to the downtown makes it perfect location-wise. What we also liked is that all the utilities are included in the rent and there are no hidden charges. A great place to live from all aspects!!!
Professional Staff, the building is maintained very well. Recently repaved the parking lot and entrance. Just renovated the elevators. I find it great to be located this close to the train station and downtown Morristown.
