Excelente lugar para vivir tanto así que decidí renovar mi contrato nuevamente. Me encanta este lugar por las características que lo acompañan es un lugar acogedor tranquilo además de sus instalaciones que son modernas y muy bellas.
Este lugar es excelente para vivir lo recomendaria mil veces los apartamentos son amplios y modernos los corredores se mantienen Limpios siempre. El personal de la dirección es excelente.Toda el area exterior es bella maravillosa siempre limpia. Además algo que me gusta es que siempre organizan eventos donde toda la comunidad puede participar incluso hasta nuestros amigos peludos. Es excelente vivir aquí es una experiencia que le recomendaria a todos

I have lived here about a month now and have loved it so far! Yes, you can hear the neighbors upstairs but thats expected and normal for apartment living to me. Hey, I don't have to hear my roommate anymore since getting my own place, and the upstairs neighbors are quieter than the roommate ever was so win-win for me!!! Love the features and amenities, no super loud people partying all hours, no dogs barking constantly, etc....I'm loving it! The staff is the best part! Makayla and Laura are the only ones I've really talked too but those ladies deserve a raise!!!! I adore them! Seriously, living here has been amazing so far and I recommend checking it out if nothing else! Can't wait to be in that pool this summer. ??

Has exceeded my expectations. The staff is amazing. No other floor plan compared to the unit I have here. Love how it feels secluded but shipping is just down the road. As an airline employee the proximity to the airport was a huge bonus!

The Ravelle was the perfect choice for my first solo apartment! The complex is beautiful and felt like it could be home the minute I stepped foot in the floor plan that I chose. The amenities are excellent, as well. The Ravelle’s team is great as well—always super helpful!

These apartments are not worth the price. Everything here is very poorly manufactured, and the maintenance team does half jobs.

El proceso cuando me mude fue muy rápido, profesional y facil, actualmente no esta el mismo personal administrativo pero el que a mi me toco me trato muy bien! Actualmente he tenido que reportar ciertas cosas de mi apartamento que se deben reparar y ha pasado un tiempo y no han sido resueltas, he escrito en reiteradas oportunidades para solicitar una información detallada y no responden mis mensajes! El resto esta bien, las areas han permanecido limpias y la recolección de basura es eficiente, aunque la limpieza de los pasillo de los edificios no es muy buena. Espero que puedan mejorar esas cosas porque los apartamentos son muy muy lindos!!!

I am pleased with my decision to live at The Ravelle. I started the process back in March for a June move-in from out of State with Laura. Laura far exceeded my expectations! Every phone conversation with her - I heard a smile! Having shared with her my allergies and chemical sensitivities, she was very understanding and empathetic and that meant so much to me! I find the entire leasing and maintenance team to be great - courteous and responsive. I love the amenities here - trash valet, package delivery at my door, the 24/7 fitness center with professional grade equipment, and the club house. By far, this is the best community I have ever lived in! Thank you Ravelle team!
