The Ranch at State Highway 123

Parking was a pain and had to rent a space. My AC was acting up. Not sure if that's fixed yet. Otherwise pretty peaceful. Overall so far im satisfied with the appliances and community.

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the very beginning, the management team was so welcoming and helpful. The moving process was simple and stress-free, which made a huge difference??????

Excellent communication and customer service, they are always very helpful, emails always answered promptly and maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Apartments and amenities are in perfect condition

love living here Things are not always perfect but you can be sure that management does everything in her power to stay on top of things to the best of her ability and that's greatly appreciated!

It's pretty quiet, very well kept up, staff are all pretty cool. They are quick to answer any questions I have about anything pertaining to my stay.

It’s very nice so far, the only thing is how dirty the outside stairs and hallways are, also the lights are also dirty which makes the lights dimmer

great community i love the fact that it feels like a home it such a welcoming and very warming environment. Not only is it quiet and very peaceful but relaxing just like a home should feel!

The apartments are nice neighborhood is too but maintenance is a Lil lacking. Put in a work order for lights to be fixed as well as the door bell but yet to be fixed we moved in over a month ago.

It is a pretty quiet community. Although I have experienced personal obstacles, im glad im able to call this place home. Neighbors are nice and staff is friendly and helps out when needed.

Good space issues with AC and water and some residents too loud. The silenced doors are very helpful for reducing the outside noises however.

It is good so far for the two years been here. Have had some issues with people flying in the parking lot and coming in at 11p or later with load music going.

Nice community, very quiet and secure community. Very calm environment and very friendly. For us it was a perfect fit to move here, and this has been a great experience and a great opportunity to start building our future together and build a strong and supportive team as couple and as a family, so this place has been very welcoming, special and supportive.

This place is greatly appreciated no complaints have I ever had. The neighborhood is always peaceful and quiet and very well kept. I always recommend this apartment complex.

Things get done in a timely manner. Every one is always nice and friendly. I had water in my kitchen that was all over and the maintenance personnel came and took care of it quickly. It was swept up and everything was put back in its place.

It's beautiful here with beautiful apartments. They provide good communication with residents and fun events for residents to participate in.

Apartment amenities are great. The pool could be cleaned more regularly but overall it’s nice. The gates are sometimes are malfunctioning and tenants don’t clean up after their pets.

Great! 14 yr old son approves. Doesn’t like loud or overcrowded apartments. Loves the pool on really hot days. Dog park/areas are clean for our small dog. Seguin high is just down the street as my son rides the bus. No problems. Nice for a small family.

Love living here can’t wait to have time to meet my neighbors and get to know the community better. The office and maintenance is always on top of your needs really makes it good to live here.

I really appreciated the help from the staff, Teresa, related to getting the move in set up and handling associated hiccups. We’ll be looking forward to settling in at The Ranch and all its amenities.

We felt very welcome from the start point. Teresa was great and continued to do so. She was very approachable and always had the right answer for us. We’re very happy to start our journey here at the Ranch!

If you are moving to Seguin or looking for a new apartment in Seguin this is the best option. It’s right off the highway, but it’s tucked away in the trees enough to where it really doesn’t feel like it’s right off the highway. A very convenient location to live and excellent apartment layouts and quality. Haven’t had any bug problems and maintenance is responsive, helpful, and timely. The other established apartments in town don’t boast the same tucked away location or quality of units. This is one of the newer apartments in Seguin, but with a more established staff and community than some of the brand new apartments being built down the road. The established tree coverage in the front will not be offered by the new apartments nor the proximity to I-10. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Ranch to anyone.

I like the neighborhood, but still get a bit disappointed that the pool is constantly dirty full of trash like beer caps etc. other than that still great to live here

Very friendly and easy move in. Its peaceful and quiet and is such a good community. The staff was very welcoming when i came to check the residency out.

I have been here since December and I have had a great experience so far. The application/move-in process was smooth and maintenance has been fantastic with any problems! Nice spacious apartments, would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home

I have nothing bad to say at all about our overall experience. The maintenance man was very responsive. The only thing was the trash pick up. Sometimes they would get it and other times they would leave it there . The lady in the office was not very informative and she never really answered the phone.

Greatly kept up never have to worry about anything not being fixed if broke and very quite neighborhood location is perfect very separated from the town which I like

maintenance here is fantastic. They are fast and friendly. I also love that the apartment complex features pet waste receptacles. I don't have to walk al the way to the dumpster to throw the bags away. The office staff are also friendly. This is so far the best place I've lived!

Definitely the best apartments in Seguin. We feel safe here and maintenance is always quick to respond to needs. Any issues that have ever come up have been quickly resolved by the staff.

Everything was great ! The maintenance man was always quick to Respond. The front desk not so much . The lawn service was always nice. The front office was never very helpful but other than that, it was all good .

So far it’s been awesome service and quick response from maintenance. We love that we feel comfortable and well taken care of here at The Ranch.

Management very polite very welcoming we love our new apartment we were so tired from moving we lost our keys but the office manager was very understanding about it gave us new keys

The place is beautiful and the process was different but for the most part everything was easy and friendly . Love the extra benefits and savings available.

We love the peace and quiet . No loud neighbors or barking dogs. Located in a good area . Great access to major highways and the maintenance man is aways on time and gets the job done !
