Property Ratings at The Ranch at Sienna
The property has a rodent problem. We have caught so many mice. The fitness center equipment is always broken and the fitness center has a odor. The management is terrible.
I have been here since 2018 and this most recent change in management is awful. I was charged $1000 to transfer to another apartment but when I got into the apartment, the refrigerator was filthy, the vent over the AC unit was covered in dust, the floors had all kind of debris and dust. The hot and cold connection was turned off in the apartment and was too tight for me to turn on. It took them a month to tell me there is an apartment available in which i had to contact them and they increased or changed the rent from what was originally quoted to me. I had an original transfer date and had to change due to two deaths and scheduling conflicts and was also told if i changed my move date, i would be charged a fee. I was very happy until management changed recently. I am diligently seeking to move out of this property as soon as possible into a house. I was told that had to pay 85% of rent even if I am moving into a house. Ridiculous and horrendous. I do not trust them at all. I will tell anyone interested, do not rent from this property at all. It is not worth it.

Unfortunately, our community is located in an area where water/sewer bills are higher than average. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us understand where we can improve.
Management changes constantly. Forget getting a response to your phone or email messages--it doesn't happen. You can't go up to the office to speak with someone. There is a note on the door stating no one may enter without appointment. When you call to make appointment, no one answers the phone ("please leave a message"). However, they won't call back. I have no running water in my kitchen sink, and have been trying to get someone to call me back for 2 days. Not sure what's going on here. Maybe we have a ghost management.
For the most part the community is good. The office staff are helpful and it works out pretty well. The added extras like the postal store at resident cost and the valet trash irk slightly. It boggles the mind that the office building was planned and built without a post room and the houses were built with no areas to keep a bin outside. this leads to people making a mess.

The Ranch At Sienna Plantation's is a great place to live. The office personnel are always there to help in anyway that they can. The property is well-maintained. The amenities are outstanding.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. Disturbing in the middle of the night when neighbors (couples) are screaming at each other - guess that's apartment living.
First and foremost; the staff (especially Isaac) were the best we met! Next is location (FT Bend toll road), apartment amenities, and price.
I would recommend this apartment because I have had total satisfaction with no problems and this is the first time out of all the apartments I have rented in the pass

I like the size of the rooms and the two-inch blinds. The leasing office staff has been very pleasant each time I visited the office.
I will not recommend this community due to the embarrasing exterior of my apartment. I have been unable to enjoy what I pay for. Two requests concerning landscaping and construction have been made and NO RESPONSE! The first request was made SHORTLY AFTER I MOVED IN.
This by far has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. The best part in my opinion is the valet trash pickup.

These apartments are well built. It is just like you are in a home. Very spacious with lot of closets.
Staff is polite, helpfu and curtious and responsive.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the great staff, nice and neat environment. Its extremely quiet.
