After relocating from Texas and adjusting to the California rental market I can honestly say there is no other place to live around here like the Ranch at Moorpark. The staff truly care about their residents and the maintenance team go above and beyond to satisfy their residents. This property ROCKS!!

Clean apartments, good service, amenities, and parking available,gas, groceries store close by in a small nice town
We moved to this complex 5 months ago and a few times have needed Maintenace to repair a few things, very satisfied with the service and employees who helped.
My family and I have been renting here for a little over 2 years. We are still just as happy now as we were the day we moved in. All of the management and staff from the office to maintenance are wonderful and extremely helpful! The rental rates are great in comparison with the area and they always have move in specials! We have never felt more at home renting like we do at The Ranch. Lisa was our leasing consultant when we moved in and she was amazing! As a military family who had just moved across the country without a place to live, she wasn’t pushy at all. Lisa was patient, kind, understanding, and let us know all of our options with an open mind, something I didn’t have at the time. Thank you The Ranch and Decron for such a pleasurable renting experience!
Apartment owners, Decron Properties, own many complexes, they are shady, they steal extra money from hard working tenants for every little thing, they are quick to send you a 3 day pay or quit lawsuit, and they look down their nose at poor people.
We have lived here for 4 years.and find it very friendly.Any repairs are fixed rapidly.truly,we've not had any real problems. I would highly recommend living here to a friend.
I love it here very mellow around the place the pool is great. I love just taking walks around with my dog. its very nice to have a dog of friendly place. The staff is great they helped me so much with getting my lease and settled in. I have never had any trouble here or had trouble with anyone else. I wouldn't want it any other way!!
I have been living here for 2 years and rent keeps getting raised however quality has declined. They are currently doing construction which may improve quality of the landscape however the front entrance to my apartment is being blocked off for months to come for something that wont improve my individual living space. No upgrades, ac has issues, garage opener breaks monthly, grounds are not kept up, garage doors are different colors..not very pretty to look at.
