I really enjoy living here. It's quiet and homey. The maintenance staff are always on point and the office is friendly. It's one of the better apartment communities I've lived in.
I’ve lived here for over a year and 1/2. The team is full of some very talented and highly motivated individuals. Every order is resolved and fixed QUICK. I’ve had a few problems here and there because it’s an apartment and things are going to happen, and everytime they came the day of or the day after and were very communicative with what’s what and how long and the process would take. Keegan, the maintenance manager really conducts his team very well. He’s hands on as well. He’s out in the snow fixing the pool before it’s time to open so they don’t delay the opening. There’s a gentleman who I think is newer in the crew that has a mullet and he’s very quick and efficient with the repairs. Their landscaping lad, Meech, he’s out picking trash up everyday, and when it snows these guys are all hands on deck. Im honestly blown away by the staff. This place is home. Staff is all 11/10 work ethic.
it's a very nice place to live really quiet wish we had more parking but other then that it's nice would also like trees sprayed for bees big problem last year
Overall have had a good experience renting the town homes here. We have had some pest problems and the squirrels get in the trash a lot but when we have had any problem the office always returned our call
Love the peace. Great neighborhood. Great amenities. I love the trails that are close by. Kids love the pool and the play area. Great place for pets. Overall been a great experience
The ranch is a very nice place to stay in. Safe for single ladies and has a parking spot. Maintenance requested are treated urgently. I just hope they will clean the pool this time.
Well we were told we would get an updated townhome like the one we toured but it was not like it and everything basically falls apart fast. Kinzie said we would get an updated one and maybe take 7 months but they never notified us. We are going on 1 year and we like it here except the big rats running thru our porches some days. I am wondering when we will be able to move into an updated unit?
Lack of communication. Ex: Won't notify residents of construction, suspended services (like trash or pool), and mail boxes are continously broken into.
All staff is nice and attentive. Surprisingly quiet neighbors or the walls are thick, can never hear anyone. Great location. Pool is nice in summer.
Over priced for outdated units. Maintenance doesn't properly change furnace filters, clean dryer vents, or gutters. Management won't enforce resident rules even with multiple complaints. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Close to schools and parks. Management and maintenance are nice.
Things have been pretty good living here for the most part and the staff has been pretty easy to communicate with and most of my maintenance issues have been taken care of
Apartment was uncleaned and not ready when we were supposed to move in. Since then we have had lots of maintenance requests. Due to buildings sharing hot water heaters and each unit not having their own, We constantly have no hot water to take a shower. Poop bags for dogs are always empty for days. Garbage constantly blowing around property from residents leaving garbage out front all day. This could be a great community if it was a little bit more taken care of.
Love the neighborhood, very quiet and you forget you live next to Hampden you can’t hear the car noise . The maintenance guys are very nice and you need something done it gets done right away depending on the situation
They've hung big signs hanging all around the complex stating new appliances and flooring, but it's not true. We have 10 year old appliances that definitely show their age. Also, maintenance can be slow to respond.

Love the neighborhood and area around. The trash service is convenient but also tacky. Not many people actually use the trash can provided for pick up so the evening does see a lot of trash bags on the ground. Really wish there was a recycling program. The floors upstairs creak like the building was made before indoor plumbing, has shared hot water that often runs cool( have taken more showers that are just warm enough running nothing but the hot water than id like.) The appliances in our unit are not nice but are functional, the dish washer is probably the worst. Haven't had a lot of interaction with the neighbors. On the plus side the rates are very reasonable for a town house. The maintenance team is responsive and seems capable. I love that there isn't a parking fee or assigned lots.

I was without hot water for a total of 2 weeks through December/January. I was told I’d receive a key to the gym once my move in paperwork was complete and have yet to receive it. The portal we pay through adds to my rent and there is really no way around it from what I’ve noticed unless the portal is down. Or it is at least recommended we use the portal.

I've lived here for two years. It hasn't been all terrible but I had a rat issue due to a deplorable living situation in the unit below me which took 8 months to correct. There was a shooting in my building and the snow removal and cleanliness of the property could be better.

I am so happy with the new management. They have made great improvements and are very responsive. Had an issue and Joe took care about it right away and even gave my dog a treat!
