Pest control is horrible. Cars being broken into through the neighboring communities as well as mine within radler and serval others. Management doesn’t care at all. I have been six months is not worth it at all. They are painting over cracks and mold I have someone coming out to test my house.

I love my new place it’s just a few things I wasn’t happy about upon my arrival. My a/c unit wasn’t working and the weather strip underneath my entrance door has a gap between the door and floor panel when I feel something can get in from the outside.

Overall pleased. It seems like there are still some issues with this being a new facility such as items working in the clubhouse. such as the beer tap. Also, the water coming out of my kitchen tap had a horrible smell.

The leasing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues that have come up so far have been swiftly addressed. The only complaint I have is people speeding in the parking lot but I don’t think it is actual residents, rather Ubers/uber eats etc. Building wise, the apartments let in a a fair bit of noise, it doesn’t bother me day to day but it is easily up there with the loudest apartment I have lived in, which surprised me for a new build as the loudest one I lived in up north was quite an old building.

It is a beautiful two bedroom apartment. With lots of room. We moved from a three bedroom townhouse to here. Even though we sold a bunch of stuff we still have plenty of room for out items. Love that there is an area to lock up bikes and the garages are nice and long. The salt water pool is beautiful.

Love the environment at the radler! It’s very welcoming and the front office is always helpful you never feel like a bother. I haven’t experienced one problem with my unit or anything else for that matter I love it here!

I rate the apartment, its staff, and the amenities all a strong 5 out of 5. The neighbors above us a 1 out of 5 rating by me, though for noise and being so loud that the cops showed up....funny part is I wasn't even the one to call the cops. I thought about calling cops as the noise and amount of people was a clear as day violation of the lease. Anywho, this place is great, just pray you don't have bad upstairs neighbors, as there is no sound deadening between the floors (which is supposed to be the risk anyone runs in an apartment).
