The Quarry is located minutes from Indiana University as well as Ivy Tech, so IU students can easily take our private bus to the university and Ivy Tech students have a quick, easy commute to campus. Our premium units include upgraded vinyl wood plank flooring, upgraded furniture packages, and stainless steel appliances. All units can come furnished for an additional $25 per month.
