I’ve had such a great experience here! The office team is always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. They do an awesome job organizing events that make the community feel connected. The amenities are incredible from the golf simulator and game room to the Olympic lap pool, rooftop deck, and private garden. It really feels like a place that goes above and beyond for its residents. Highly recommend!
Love it here! The office team works so hard and puts on the best events. They are responsive and helpful. The manager is a great example to his team on what professionalism looks like. The amenities are a huge plus. The golf simulator and lap pool are two of my favorites but I also love the roof top deck and private garden.
Residing here and having the privilege to access such lovely amenities/spaces really improves the quality of my life. The management team provides great turn around times for us
My experience at Halstead has been good. Management does a decent job of trying tor remedy community problems that arise. Aside from staff being extremely difficult to get ahold of via email, they are often very helpful.

Everyone was very nice to me when I arrived and very helpful. It was a bit stressful when I first arrived because I couldn't find a cart to move in. There were quite a few people moving in the same day, but it eventually all worked out.

I love Halstead Providence. It's been over 6 years of convenient and safe living in this great community. Staff are attentive and responsive. Amanities are top notch e.g. gym room and equipment, a heated pool, co-working spaces, gardens, mail rooms, a covered and clean garage, golf and game rooms, etc. and also many events that bring neighbors together. Thanks for making it a HOME :)

We have been living at the Halstead for over a year and for the most part it has been a positive experience. The maintenance team is outstanding, and everyone is so kind and accommodating. They are not only trustworthy, but skilled and efficient! We did have the hot water snafu this past year, which was inconvenient and disruptive, but the staff did their best to make the best of terrible situation. In addition, we have been without a pool heater for nearly 6 months, which has been another inconvenience as the pool water is too cool to use without it. Other than that, the experience has been positive.

Overall, the residence is excellent clean, safe, and well-maintained. The management and staff are professional and supportive. The only drawback is highway noise for road facing apartments. It would be highly beneficial if the management installed noise proof windows or similar soundproofing measures to ensure a more comfortable living experience.

Ac/heat doesn’t work correctly. Maintenance has come to Check it multiple times and they do nothing and say it’s working when in fact it is not

Not only is the Halstead a beautiful building with an incredible selection of amenities, but I have never lived in an apartment with kinder and more responsive management. When issues arose, they were quick to fix them and open about what they were doing to help. The building is in a great location, walking distance from downtown, and it is filled with very nice tenants. We only got to live at the Halstead for a brief time, but we wish we could have stayed much longer.

We have been at the Halstead for one year now and everything has been pretty great, with the exception of a few weeks that we did not have hot water. We appreciate the timely response to each maintenance request and have really enjoyed out time here so far. Keep up the good work!

I'm happily giving Halstead 5 stars, and trust me, after six years living here, I know what I'm talking about. The amenities here are fantastic. We've got an indoor heated pool, a gym with new equipment and a great variety of weights, and even outdoor summer gardening. Plus, there's a golf room, dedicated study and workspaces, a game room, awesome lounging areas in the gardens and a rooftop! The gated garage is a big bonus for peace of mind. Lobbies and common areas are always clean. About staff, they are responsive and friendly. Maintenance is always timely. In terms of location, it's unbeatable - a safe neighborhood and literally close to everything. Walking distance (or scooter) to the train station, the mall, downtown, and tons of great restaurants. Highways are less than two minutes. While no place is perfect all the time, my experience has been very pleasant. I definitely see myself renewing my lease here, for as long as I'm in New England. Highly recommend checking it out!

I enjoy living here the facilities are well kept and the staff are professional and friendly. My only negative is the rent. I am moving out after two years of living at the Halstead because our rent went through two price increases. During our first year, my unit experienced a massive flood that had damaged most of my bedroom belongings as well as made living in the unit for a month a nightmare (work crews coming in and out, industrial fans were on for 20 hours, and apartment was in disarray).

Few months into my second year at the Halstead and have had nothing but a great experience. The apartments are amazing and the amenities are top notch, and included in your rent. Other apartments I looked at may have been priced less but then they charge You for everything and that drives the Price up. The management team is exceptional and very active in the community.. The property has security but never Once have I felt unsafe or concerned. Halstead Providence is in a perfect downtown location. Walking distance to great restaurants and evets. Acc

Great response from repair crew..in this case Chris. While I was on vacation, I left a note that my refrigerator might leek if left unattended. I was rewarded with a work order completion the very next morning. As usual, our repair crew was responsive and thorough. Keep up the good work. tony

This seems like a hard place to keep running smoothly. There was a hot water issue. We had flooding. The sink kept backing and leaking under the sink. But the staff have been responsive and professional. And they handle everything fairly and quickly.

Amazing experience so far!! I love the amenities and the concierge team is very nice! One problem was that moving in was a little difficult, due to little moving equipment here. Although the loading dock makes it very easy to get big items in.

I have lived here for more than three years and I love it. Concierge, Maintenance, Management, Cleaning staff have all dealt with many difficult situations with professionalism and proficiency. Admittedly, there were major issues with heating, and hot water this year, a situation that can occur in any rental property, and I feel that the staff was not only sensitive to the situation, but created as many avenues as they could to make the situation tenable while the issues were being resolved. I cannot say enough good about my experience here.

Too many issues with HVAC. Problems have occurred in Summer and Winter months for extended periods of time. Management did not provide timely updates regarding repairs.

I am really enjoying living here! It's nice living in a community of people. And I love the game room, dog park, the community events, the free dog treats/ cleanup bags, and the beautiful interior design of Halstead.

Wish more handicap accessible doors were around, the south entrance and work space/amenity areas included. The garage ones are slow but at least fixed. Bathrooms and kitchens are a coin toss if they are modernized/upgraded. Some units are not caught up to others. Also miss the community tables at each elevator floor. Now people leave items on the ground for swaps. It's messy. Would love for more neighbor events. Been here for a bit and only know a few dog owners. Everyone seems to treat this as "I am a resident but everyone else is a hotel guest/temporary". Would love a more welcoming community. Staff are great, big shout-out for Paige in the office and Henry in maintenance, the entire maintenance team is perfect tbh. Amenities are nice but need more thought. A room to be rented for events like othe associations. Great views and perks.

I've had a great experience living at Halstead Apartments in Providence. The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance issues I've had were handled quickly and professionally. The property manager is fantastic. He is always responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have a positive experience. The staff at the Halstead are great as are the amenities and neighborhood. The two bedroom apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. The kitchen is of relatively good size for an apartment.

Love the building and facilities so much! The only things that has been annoying is that someone on my floor continues to take out wet laundry and put it on top of the washer. I’ve seen this happen about 4 times since moving in a month ago.

Great building with amazing amenities. My only complaint is that the "secure parking" is always open. The gate to go in is constantly up allowing anyone to walk in or drive in.

The Halstead is a fantastic community with excellent amenities. My apartment is virtually soundproof--I can rarely hear my neighbors at all--and having covered parking is amazing in the winter!
