Property Ratings at The Preserve
Stacey and the entire staff are excellent! While stationed overseas, she and the staff accommodated the time differences and even downloaded an application to conduct a video walk-through of the apartment. Her recommendations and depth of knowledge show her dedication to any member of The Preserve community. This commitment to community members was further amplified when I had numerous packages delivered to the apartment (Black Friday...) in anticipation of my arrival back to the States. A LOT of them arrived sooner than expected. I contacted Stacey to ask if she would be obliged to take the 50+ packages to the apartment, and she did!!! If you are looking for an apartment management team to go above and beyond, The Preserve is where you want to be. Before moving in, they will make you feel at home and part of the family.
I hear shootings and ambulance every night. Management is rude. The elevator is always broke. And the printers are always down.. smells like cigarettes in the hallways.
