Been living here for almost 2 years and have guests over frequently because I’m a social person. Still bizarre to me we can only have overnight guests a max of 2 nights per week otherwise they get towed. Have definitely turned down guests/ family when they come to visits for a whole week but have to do something about their car.

I don't have many negative other than this is an old complex and has been "remodeled" but you can tell it was done cheaply. I do hate that they make you pay for Fetch, a packaging system, because you don't use it unless you actually sign up for it and it's honestly just another thing to keep up with. The office staff are nice and the amenities are wonderful too. The have community events pretty often, which are also fun!

I grabbed a dish towel from my counter top and was surprised by a very sharp razor blade left behind from the jerry-rigged, sink-fix that was completed by maintenance as opposed to "a vendor" which the maintenance guy who surveyed the damage recommended and called for approval.

Living here has been a good experience. I enjoy the area and community amenities. It’s very often hard to get in contact when calling the office. It’s happened where I can call many many times (8x) and go no response, or even throughout the day. They’ve also towed my car for their concrete driveway repair, which I didn’t get a text for and I was out of town the weekend right before it happened, so that sucked. Other than that, I like my apt.

Lot of forms to e-sign, mostly reasonable, except: Not suppose to store any boxes, non-auto in detached garage. No visitor parking, they may get towed. Suppose to report tailgaters. Cannot opt out of $35 monthly trash pickup at door.

To clarify: detached garages are for vehicle storage only, per lease policy to avoid unnecessary damage to personal items. Visitor parking is allowed, but guests must be registered with A&A Wrecker between 12 AM and 6 AM to avoid towing. Reporting tailgaters helps us maintain a secure community. Nice complex but the accounting for rent, fees and utilities is a mess each month. Fees are often duplicated. Utilities are posted late every month but they don’t allow extra time to pay. Need a reasonable few days to pay once posted. The maintenance guy is very nice but completely overwhelmed so maintenance requests usually take 5-6 weeks. It is a nice property.

My husband and I both love The Preserve at Travis Creek Apartments. The area is our favorite part of Austin with it being right on the edge of the hill county while still being close to the city limits. We love the trails and ability to walk safely inside and outside the premises. It's been mostly good. Maintenance can take a while for situations that aren't deemed urgent to the property management company's bottom line, but they get handled eventually. Really loud upstairs neighbors, but that's just part of the deal when you live in an apartment.

I just moved in a few months ago. So far management and maintenance have both been friendly, responsive and provided solutions. I haven’t had any issues nor do I have anything negative to share. I love my apartment and the view of the trees. It’s much larger than I anticipated and the balcony’s huge. Parking spots are tiny, that’s about it. I hope my experience continues to be good as it has been so far and my rent doesn’t spike when it comes time to renew.

The apartment community is good for the price you pay. This leasing office and everyone is chill in terms of helping others. The pool and amenities are great.

Is a good place to leave, and improved a lot since I moved. Nice gym, and pool. Good area, essencial just 5 min drive, good neighborhood. Do not have any complaints.

Beautiful and safe community, lots of nature around, even private hiking trails! Love the amenities, the EV charging stations, Zen Garden with compost station, relaxing hammock area! The maintenance team is very prompt and professional. The unit itself was in an excellent condition, loving the corner balcony facing the trees! Thank you for keeping this community in such a wonderful shape and constantly striving for more improvements!

Community is top notch. Responsiveness to concerns is near immediate. I did have an issue with pests upon moving in, but once I spoke with leasing team and attention was brought to issue, it has been resolved quickly. I also had an issue with the third party pet screening company they use, but again, once speaking with leasing team, issue was resolved within a weekend. Events are fun, amenities are definitely enjoyed and grounds are well kept. I look forward to a long living experience here.

The preserve At Travis Creek is an amazing, safe community and the staff is super professional and friendly. The location is also great, just 15 minutes from DTATX.

I love living here and never want to move. I'm in my 7th year here. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful apartment. I really like the layout and finishes inside and the grounds are park-like. Staff is excellent and amenities are great. Location is superb.

The residents are friendly. I love the dog park. Especially how it's lit up at night. Jessica and the rest of the office staff have been friendly and a good resource. Maintenance team is awesome. One man even helped me carry several rounds of boxes up to my 3rd floor unit. I didn't catch his name, but I appreciate him and he deserves recognition. All in all great first week!

I just moved in a month ago and love it so far. The amenities are great and taken care of well. It's a quiet neighborhood as well, which is so nice to come home too. Neighbors are lovely, great community! Staff is great, shout out to Rue! Great leasing agent!
