Every time someone new manages the property we have new rules and regulations. I have lived here for a year and they just started implementing new things like parking stickers , going up on the trash fee , the maintenance people come whenever they feel like it(whether the problem is urgent or not) & the amenities fee is high and we can barely use anything.

Apartments are trash. Nothing works as intended i.e. the pool to the hub to the gates. The office staff is incompetent. Additional monthly fees are outrageous. The amenities are inaccessible. You are policed constantly and new rules seem more bothersome than not.

The office staff is wonderful, but my neighbors above me have no respect. Noise 24/7
A 4 just because it took months to figure out a fix for my AC unit.
It is a great place to live no major but with just the people that live above me always making noise
I love the apartment and amenities. Property is well kept for the most part. Too many issues with the same problem. AC unit. Lack of adequate parking in front of building. Staff is very professional and attentive.
Overall I have enjoyed my time as a resident here. Nice area, conveniently located to shopping and restaurants.
I would recommend due to the staffing I encountered will work with you as much as they have in their power. I also encountered the maintenance crew and they are nice friendly
It’s so quiet,nice and clean. The people here are friendly. The size of the gym is descent. If you want nice apartments just come here.
Great location, literally everything is around the apartment, it' new, stainless steel, and I personally love that the Gym is 24/7
While it's nice living in a newer apartment complex and the apartment staff is BEYOND nice and helpful, I don't feel it is worth the price of rent.
Property is dirty on the weekends and the elevators don’t work most of the time.
Would have liked to been warned that this more of a dog community. Not really okay when your neighbors dog barks all day everyday.
I love how peaceful it is. I love how clean and comfortable it is. I have told several co workers and friends about my experience

I like the security, service, and amenities that these apartments offer. My only issue which The Jane has no control over is the way people drive in the parking lot.
