Fabulous move in experience with friendly and very helpful staff. My townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The grounds and facilities are kept up very well and everything feels very safe and secure.
So far so good! The maintenance is quick and fixes things right away! People are friendly and no problems yet! My kids love the pool. Only thing I could complain about is the amount of ticks here. But other than that everything is great!

I've been living at The Preserve at Cohasset and I absolutely love it! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and I love having in-unit laundry and central air. The management team has been super friendly and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or request. I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home here. The location is perfect—tucked away in nature but still close to shops, restaurants, and the commuter rail. Nice apartments overlooking green and trees! Prompt assistance when a problem occurs. Recycling centre still seems to be a problem some days - people just leave trash and don't even attempt to to use compacter at back.

The location is great. Most units aren't updated. The appliances in my unit are very old, carpet is old, all outdated. The main club house is lovely and the lawn care there but the rest of the property is lacking. dead grass, community wide sprinkler system stopped working 2 years ago. Large street lights are mostly out. It needs a lot of attention.

We understand your concerns about the condition of your unit and other areas of the property. Since taking over management, we’ve been actively renovating and updating apartments as they become vacant. We're pleased to share that more than half of the units on the property have already been updated. If you're interested in transferring to an upgraded unit, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the leasing office—they’ll be happy to walk you through the transfer process and help find the best option for you. Regarding landscaping, the season has just begun, and we’re confident that the property will continue to look better in the coming weeks as our landscaping vendors work through their spring maintenance. If there’s a particular area you feel needs extra attention, please let us know so we can pass it along to the team for follow-up. As for the sprinkler system, we want to clarify that the irrigation system has been working and continues to operate. If there are areas where it appears not to be functioning, we’d appreciate you letting us know so we can have it addressed promptly. We also appreciate your patience as we complete the property-wide lighting project. Our vendor is in the final stages, and we expect the streetlights to be fully operational in the next few weeks. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us continue to improve the community for all our residents.
We have been having a terrible experience now for over a year. Our apartment constantly smells like weed because our neighbor is smoking weed on a regular basis despite it not being allowed in this community. We have been reporting it to the landlord multiple times but nothing has changed or improved.

The unit had old appliances but they ask for top rent that goes up substantially every year. Trash is all over the place at the transfer station. It’s all about the money!

Very spacious and quiet place to live with nice amenities. It is a bit noisy when it snows but you will appreciate it if you need to go. Most are kind but some don’t clean up behind their dogs.

I have lived in this community for over 10 years. The office staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to make living here a wonderful experience. All are so friendly, experienced, professional and efficient. The amenities at our community are a great added bonus to living here! I hope to reside here for many more years to come!

We love the apartment and the community. We often take walks around the community here .The grounds are safe and beautiful. We often meet neighbors and their pets . During the summer we sit by the pool and get to know other residents .

This place is a dump and I wish I never moved into here. Everything is falling apart and my neighbors are horrible . There is no fast food restaurants anywhere around here.

Well run, clean and conveniently located. Only comment would be that In order to charge premium rents, renovations/materials should be premium too. Instead, there is a lot of corner cutting. Can’t blame them though, the government keeps printing money, so their margins must be getting squeezed.

Property is pretty and it’s nice to see the ocean. The units are spacious and private entrances are a plus. Pulling out onto 3A when it’s busy can be a bit nerve wracking so that is a downside to morning commutes

This is a beautiful place. There are issues with trash collection, the compactor is frequently broken. People are friendly. Main concern is the rent renewal price that is TEN TIMES the average rent renewal price percentage of 1 - 4 %. Many residents are moving out.

I'm living in a spacious apartment with great views all around me. A dog friendly atmosphere and my neighbors are really nice. We help each other from time to time and we all get along. The amenities are voluminous and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful people but apartment had several things that needed to be addressed The grounds could be cared for a little bit better The trash is a serious situation and having access to water outside would be nice to be able to water our plants

It’s been a great place to live my kids enjoy being here they love having a pool and a little park to play in. They made some really great friends I get along with my neighbors

Overall decent experience here at the preserve. I do enjoy the scenic view and I’m happy with how peaceful it is. That alone makes it worth it.

I love living here in Cohasset Ma. My unit affords me a spectacular view of Minot Lighthouse. The trails are full of wildlife and in the summer humming birds come to my feeder.

Zero communication. Zero management for unsafe unsanitary garbage collection site. Containers too small, garbage left all over. Pretty place; poor management service.
