Established in 1635, Concord is picturesque New England town brimming with Colonial-era charm about 20 miles northwest of Boston. Concord is a top choice for families, with award-winning schools, convenient access to the MBTA Commuter Rail, and a vibrant downtown shopping district.

I have no complaints living here. The gym is great and I love that it’s 24/7. Rent prices are crazy, but at least I see them putting some of that money back into the property.

Great place to live! Quiet, comfortable and great atmosphere. The management and maintenance team here are outstanding! They are always looking for ways to make improvements and provide constant upkeep of the property as well as having creative events to involve the community. The one time I had a maintenance issue the response was quick and resolved the first time. Jared took the time to understand the issue and and got the repair done in no time as he already had the parts in hand when he showed up. Awesome!

Honestly, it's the maintenance crew that continuously sell this place for me, year after year. They keep the [interior & exterior] property looking and smelling so fresh and lovely that it's easy to forget sometimes just how many people actually reside in the community. Living at The Prescott is truly a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is the best by far, always fast and friendly. The office team is professional and makes this place feel like home with all the fun events that bring out all the neighbors. The team works hard to make improvements throughout the community such as a newly renovated dog park, state-of-the art package room access system, and new fire pit by the pool just in time for the cooler weather. I couldn't be happier living here.

The Prescott is a great place to live. Nice area, great community, maintenance staff is top notch, playgrounds etc for kids and close to plenty of stores etc. only thing I wish they had would be a better smoking area with some cover from rain and snow.

I live in a one bedroom apartment in Concord. I love it here. The landscape is beautiful with a mile long paved path around the property. We have flower gardens and trees surrounding the property and the walk is lovely. We also have a clubhouse anybody who wants to get together and just talk or do a book group or A game of pool or a workout In the gym, we also have an underground pool. Apartments are very modern and comfortable. I am happy here. I have made many friends.
Pros Maintenance staff continues to be excellent and responsive . Office staff has been helpful Centrally located Nice setting Ample space in the loft unit Some of the units are being remodeled but the lease pricing is higher Cons Lack of visible capital improvements -we have been here 3 years and the only major improvement we have seen is to the dog park was upgraded ! No we don’t have a dog so we would have preferred the patios and balconies to be power washed and windows cleaned as we were told they would be.Years of dirt and mold is not pleasant to live with or look at ! The carpets in our building halls haven’t been cleaned in 3 years . The property changed ownership over a year ago and there have been 3 property managers since the change.
Poorly maintained-would not repair serious problem with unit and terrible management/customer service. Amenities are not worth the amount of rent, which gets increased by about10% once your lease is up. Would not recommend to anyone. My unit had a major problem that forced us to move and we watched one of the townhouses burn due to a fire in the attic walls.
We have lived at The Prescott for almost two years and it has been a great experience. The property is beautiful and well-maintained and the staff is the best, especially Sarah. We live in one of the townhouses and, unfortunately, have to move back west late this summer. We will miss this place. We've been renting in the Boston area for the last six years, and never have we experienced a maintenance staff that is so attentive and competent. We have wonderful neighbors, the property is really quiet and we feel safe. We also enjoy the community around us—Concord, Acton, and Maynard—with lots of farms and local businesses. And, when we do have to go into Boston, it's an easy commute. We highly recommend The Prescott to anyone looking for a real community as their next place to live.
BlackRock Investment bought the property in early 2023 (it's managed by Greystar) and since then they've taken away multiple amenities and services including trash service, access to the pool, and package service. The residents are fabulous but every person I speak with (myself included) will tell you that the appliances are cheap, the fixtures are even cheaper, there's water damage, cockroaches, septic issues, and the list goes on. The landscaping out front is lipstick on a pig. The majority of units are outdated, dusty, and moldy. Our unit has had a section of drywall patched 3 times because of mold and rot. One time, the island drawer literally fell apart when I opened it, nearly crushing my foot! The leasing office doesn't make any effort to address ongoing issues nor listen to the members of it's community. The new manager has remained hidden from site since arriving. Every one I know has experienced issues either in their unit or with receiving an accurate invoice. The maintenance team is super sweet but I'm convinced they're incented to apply the cheapest solution for every issue. Sadly, this is one of the few places where you can rent in a town like Concord. The town is a great place to live with fantastic schools. It's a shame that the voters don't push for more affordable housing units or more multi-family buildings. There's simply too much money in this town for those folks to care.
This property has beautiful landscaping and feels like you are actually living in a home with a great surrounding community. I love the support from my neighbors as I am currently new to Concord and appreciate all the support from the staff. Great place to live

I have lived at the Prescott for almost two years and love the location, the amenities, the maintenance staff and Lindsey in the leasing office - you'll never meet a more positive person. What I don't love is that you can't have packages delivered to the property if you want to receive them. We have had so many packages stolen, I've lost count. It's gotten even worse over the last couple of months because they lock up the package room now on the weekends and after hours...so, if something is delivered it gets thrown in the hallway outside the package room in a big heap. It's a disaster. I have several medications delivered and they have been stolen - medications that if I don't get I can die. A property of this size should have a staffed package room. On the property message thread the property managers say they can't staff it because no other property around does this. Why does this matter? Something needs to be done and everyone who lives here is sick and tired of excuses. They don't allow packages to be delivered to your door, which makes it even worse. We are looking to move because of the package theft issue and I wanted to make sure to let people know who are looking at The Prescott know about the theft and management's lack of response. Another issue is that our trash service got cancelled a couple of months ago. Now we have people who can't walk a very long way out in the terrible weather to dispose of their trash. We also have lazy people leaving trash out in common areas. I saw a rat running down the hallway yesterday - something I have never seen before in two years. I'm sure will see more, along with cockroaches, flys and fleas. Overall, the management needs to protect the safety and health issues of its residents (instead of making excuses, find solutions. There are other options in the area - I know because we are looking. It's too bad we have these serious issues.

Management and maintenance are very responsive to needs. The units are well maintained and appointed, but I would recommend changing carpet to pet friendly flooring and soundproof if possible. Management does a good job of building community with fun activities. I appreciate management's efforts to preserve the integrity of the units but strongly recommend reducing unit inspections to once a year to avoid inconveniencing residents. Overall the Prescott has been a safe and inviting community.

I have been living at the Prescott for almost a year. It has been a very positive experience for me and my furry friend. The staff are very responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are fast. There are always events happening- pumpkin carvings, pool parties, fund raisers for local charities, seasonal snacks/foods offered at the leasing office, etc. I have really enjoyed the hiking trails that are accessible from the grounds. I feel safe. I haven't had much issue with noise. I just renewed my lease for another year.

The grounds are beautifully maintained, the maintenance crew and office staff are personable and professional, the community features and options are incredibly convenient and well-explained to new tenants, and the units themselves are absolutely lovely and easy to maintain. The atmosphere in general is peaceful. Surrounded by trees and far enough away from the main road, it's easy to forget how close you are to pretty much anywhere you might need to go... and I love it!

I've been a resident here for 10 years! I've seen the place grow and mature. It's a wonderful and beautifully-maintained community.The office staff and maintenance team are very friendly and responsive. I understand the local and state-wide market conditions; I just wish the rent wasn't so expensive. The complex does a lot to make it feel like a neighborhood, even though there are so many residents and different types of housing structures.
