Property Ratings at The Post House
I'm a current resident here and I wish I could vacate this apartment soon. They say AC is included in rent but centralized AC Unit has hardly worked for few weeks this summer and I have been hearing from other residents that there are some or other issues with AC every summer. There are about 60 apartments in this complex and all together there are only 5 washer and 4 dryers. And, most of the times 1 or 2 machines will be down. Manager is a nice person but I believe the property owner doesn't like to spend a dime on this apartments anymore. If you are looking to live in a pleasant environment, stay away from here!
