Beware new owners

This complex was recently purchased. First thing they did was do away with garbage pick up, despite so many residents being of limited mobility or completely unable to make the trek to the one and only dumpster on site (which was absolutely overflowing today, and which requires you to be able to fling your garbage into a giant dumpster that is taller than most people.) Additionally, and more concerningly, they are dramatically raising rents. My father's rent is going up 40%, meaning he would need to pay about 60% of his monthly income to continue renting there, so now we are having to frantically search for a new home for him. Avoid this play at all costs.
