      I have resided at The Pointe @ Valley Ranch Town Center since April 1, 2025. I moved from a 13-acre farm to this location. The staff at the Pointe is a wonderful group of friendly and attentive people, which has made my move a rewarding experieence. I watch how they interact with the residents and I can tell their main priorities are the comfort, safety and complete satisfaction of their tenants, and they do it with smiles.       Halfway through my first year at The Pointe, and I’m very happy I chose this complex! The office staff always have a smile and are willing to help sort out any questions/issues. The Pointe is very well appointed with nearly sound-proof windows, upgraded appliances and open floor plans which makes my place feel more like a home than an apartment!

      The Pointe at Valley Ranch truly ate up an expectation I had upon moving here. They have outdone their commitment to being here for any issues we had at move in, or any since. I love the feeling you get just driving through the complex because it feels like somewhere you can make a home for yourself, especially with all of the amenities provided here and connected to the apartments. Just right outside they have a shopping center within minutes with anything you could go for! 10/10 best living experience I’ve had with renting.

      Best complex in the area; friendly and efficient staff, grounds kept well , the view and property are relaxing and enjoyable. All staff respond quickly to tenants needs.       The Pointe VRTC is a wonderful place to reside at. Apartments are the nicest in the area that we've found . Property is amazing. Views into court yard area from doors is so nice. Amenities are fabulous. Staff is by far the best ever. Overall this is a 9 out of 10 for apartment living.

      The Pointe at Valley Ranch has provided my family and I a great experience. The agents and residents have been so kind and helpful. Adriana was a great help with transitioning from Mississippi to here. She was available to answer any questions and make the process seamless. Once, we arrived Makeysia was also friendly and helpful with getting us moved in. The experience so far has been great. We are enjoying the community amenities as a family.

      The Pointe at VRTC is a great place to call your home. Whether you're here during, the day, evening or night the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. My family and I love everything about this community and we are also very close to our shopping needs, movies and restaurants and fast food. It's also very close to 59 and the 99. The Pointe at VRTC is a great location.

      Beautiful apartments!

      Our experience at The Pointe has been great! We really enjoy the peaceful environment! The overall apartment complex is incredibly beautiful, with a great pool and a fun game room! The area is very quiet and close to so many great attractions. The girls at the office are the best! Calla, Chelsey and Ashley are professional, friendly, and want to make sure you are taken cared off, will go the extra mile to solve whatever problem you might have. My husband and I love living here! Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a beautiful new place to call home!
