Nice price compared to other 2 bedroom apartments, with a nice and professional front office. Maintenance requests take a long time to go through and the upkeep of the complex could be a done in a more timely manner. Have to take care of the pest control yourself as we had ants the very first day we moved in and it takes them too long to do anything about it. The apartment was not in moved in shape and made me wonder if they did anything at all to prepare the apartment for us. Dirty windows and seals, broken sliding door screen, and giant dent in our floor. Walls are very thin and the floors are squeaky, a lot of the noise from neighbors could be taken care by fixing the squeaky floors. Pet lovers welcome! Forced to pay for their trash service pick up from apartment to apartment, fair reserved parking price. Newly asphalted lot.

This apartment complex has a management team that is completely dysfunctional. I tried to add a roommate to my lease and the management team forgot to add them. They take at least 3 weeks for any maintenance to be completed and the manager Angela is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have no intention of renewing my lease for a 3rd year.

The apartments are very cute, I have had no problems with any neighbors thankfully just one guy who is hard of hearing and plays his TV loudly to compensate! The only problem I have noticed is roaches in my apartment which sent me into a full mental breakdown, but hopefully my roommate and I have resolved the problem enough until it can be fully resolved.

Nice, quiet, safe, clean, non-smoking. Staff very responsive. Family friendly. Public park, police, markets, stores, restaurants, highway access - all very nearby/readily accessible.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment complex. It has not been a good experience. The value provided for the price is outrageous. We are paying at or above current market rent for an apartment complex that is slow to respond and does not care for the units or grounds. Living here will simply give you a place to sleep.

We applied for the apartment sight unseen and do not regret it. It’s a beautiful living space and has nice amenities with plenty of parking. The community is safe and allows pets which is super important.
Staff and maintenance extremely proactive and responsive! Quiet, clean, well-lit, security patrolled regularly. Location great: nearby park, main roads, markets, restaurants, highway, police.
The Pointe at Northridge is actually a really nice place to live/rent from. Everyone kind of minds their own business and it’s calm and quiet for the most part. The amenities provided at the clubhouse are pretty nice too and the location of being right next to the freeways are super nice as well.
The units and community areas are well-kept and have a responsive maintenance team. However, I have already had several issues with the management team even though I've only been here for a few weeks.
My daughter loves it and that is what's most important to me.
The Pointe is a phenomenal place to call home. Reasonable rent, beautiful units, and a management team that genuinely cares about the tenants. If you're looking for q place to call home, consider the Pointe.
I love to live here because of my commute time to work, no stress, good environment. I love Office staff communication, intention and willingness to help.

Excellent place to live , neighborhood is very nice
Something needs to be done about the problem with packages going missing all the time. I’ve had 3 packages recently that were reported as being delivered to the office but went missing. The grounds are not well maintained. Walking across the grass is just asking to step in dog poo. There are cigarette butts everywhere. The garbage is always a mess. And random piles of junk have been left around the grounds for days or weeks at a time. My balcony is almost unusable due to disrepair. The wood is literally crumbling apart. The apartment needs many repairs and upgrades and it seems that shortcuts have been taken in the past. (painted countertops?) The police seem to be here a lot. There have been several occasions when multiple police cars have shown up at once for reasons I’m unaware of. I personally had to file reports with the police about an incident that occurred outside my apartment.

I am pleasantly surprised. I have never had a "good" apartment living experience, but The Pointe is actually very good. I love my apartment. I enjoy the area as a whole. I appreciate management and I really like the way management is able to email me instead of calling me or showing up at my door. This has been an overall 4.5 star experience, the only thing that would make my apartment better is if the people above me would stop banging and stopping all the time.
Not a great place to stay. Wouldnt recommend to anyone other than someone struggling to find a big enough apartment for a cheap monthly payment.
Its alright for your first place, to get the feel of paying bills and etc.

The pointe is seriously amazing! Tha management staff and maintenance crew are all super nice and really good at their jobs. Any time I've had an issue they're always happy to help and get things taken care of immediately. Some of the neighbors can be loud or mean but overall I absolutely love it here!

This is a great community that’s tucked into a quiet corner with friendly neighbors and an easy going vibe. Management has been great to work with and are always doing fun stuff for us. It’s been a great experience so far. The only thing I would change is people not being responsible with their pets. Great overall though!

The office staff takes time to learn all of the tenants by name and tries to make them feel like a valuable member of the community. They have parties and other community events to help neighbors get to know each other. If there is a conflict between residents, the office workers take the time to objectively help resolve any conflicts so that all of the people involved are listened to and treated as valuable members of community. Maintenance is needed on any property. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and does a great job. They make you feel comfortable, no need for an all night cleaning spree. They know you live and simply attend to the problem without making you feel inferior. When they aren't bettering someone's apartment home, they are keeping the grounds nice.

Me and my roomate lived in this apartment for 6 months and were not pleased. About 3 months living there i was getting bit by something, i assumed it was a spider or something, but it continually got worse so i asked if they would send a bug guy to come look. I had a feeling they were bed bugs. They came and looked at the apartment and couldn't find anything so they said they couldn't spray for bed bugs. Mean while I'm terrified to sleep because i would get huge bites all over. i went to the office frustrated that they were not doing anything about it. Soon enough there was an exterminator and guess what they found a bed bug. the management said they would pay for the first spray and we would have to pay for the 2 -3 other times $100 each. they told us we brought them in. And no one else in the building complained about bugs. I was not going to pay for this when it clearly was not our fault. A good apartment should imediatly search and spray all the units if there is any sign of bed bugs. But the pointe did no such thing we finally had to call the health department to make them spray and search other units. finally they found the source from a building next to ours. The only good i this was that they let us out of our lease 6 months early because of everything we had to go through. i wouldn't recommend this place.

Hello, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience.
This apartment is right next to the freeway and an oil refinery ,we moved here recently and have all been sick with breathing problems and migraines ever since. The noise from the freeway is deafening, and the smell from the refinery makes it so you can't open windows. I am given a bill for a new amount each month, this months water bill was $50 (it is a supposed "equal" amount with all units) in speaking with other residents who have a washer and dishwasher (things I don't have) they pay less for water. I am frustrated because I am on a fixed income and can't afford the extra fees. Also, since when is your numbered parking space an extra fee. We will be moving as soon as I can find something more reasonable without hidden fees.

It's alright. We've lived in many different apartments and this one is our least favorite. But home is wherever my love is!
This apartment is OK. We move a lot so we've had a ton of apartments. They're a bit older and don't seem to be as clean as others that we have lived in. Our neighbors are nice but we can hear them all the time. Oh well, it's a place to sleep!

These apartments are okay. Some have been upgraded to have wood (vinyl) floors. The building itself is super old so you will may have to get management to do repairs regularly. Everything is done online, with is nice. I recommend getting an apartment with a washer/dryer hookups because there aren't very many machines in the common area. The gym is small but it gets the job done. Oh and there's a pool. Just deep enough for an adult to wade in.
