Great location, fantastic access to shops and trails. Super nice staff. A real downside is the amount of speeding both on the property and in the neighborhood. As someone who wants to feel safe walking places and has had my parked car totaled by a speeding driver in the community, this is a genuine concern.

Overall, this is a great apartment—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downsides are the limited visitor parking and occasional noise from neighbors due to the thin walls. It really depends on who lives next door: if they’re quiet, you’re good; otherwise, you can definitely hear them.

I love it here. Super quiet and calm. Love the scenery. No problem parking in front of our door. Everything is 5 minutes away. The office responds quick with any issues and are very helpful.

I like living so close to retail, restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance or just a quick car ride. Being close to 199 makes it easy to head out of town when needed.

Overall, the location is amazing and the staff is great. However, the contents of the townhouse are lackluster. We've been here less than a year and had the following repaired/replaced: Laundry door (twice), new dishwasher, new garbage disposal, new ceiling fan (living room), new ice maker in the fridge, leak in main floor half bath sink, significant leak with toilet in master bedroom, main bedroom toilet still cracked inside and outside of bowl. Window's still missing screens, numerous windows do not stay open on their own. Huge, cockroach problem within unit due to neighbors and they won't go away.

The neighborhood is lovely and the staff is pleasant. I wrote about this last time as well, and nothing has changed. There is a sense that the level of gardening has declined; the flower box that used to be near our house was taken and not returned, the grass at the back side of the house is not well maintained. There is no enforcement regarding people leaving the trash bins outside the house all day, and it is unpleasant.

I have been here for over 3 years now. Initially, The Pointe at New Town was a well needed fresh start, at some point (pun intended) most people find themselves for various reasons in need of a change. Since I moved here, I found a community of people who have been friendly, helpful, and professional. All the staff, from office personnel, The maintenance staff, and even the various mail delivery drivers to be very awesome. Whenever I’ve had need of their services, the maintenance staff were very quick and effective in fixing the problem and the grounds are well well-maintained as is the overall property units. There’s plenty of parking and space to walk around, ride a bike, walk your dog and it’s just overall located in a very convenient part of town. U can walk just one block over and have access to many of the towns, dining options, as well as professional businesses like banks, health, tech. and clean place to live whether you’re by yourself or raising a family

I’ve lived at THE POINT since around 2013. When I first moved in it was considered a ‘Luxury’ Complex. However, I have witnessed It go down significantly compared to others in our immediate are. Landscape contracts are inconsistent, no contracts in place for snow removal, no up keep of the building. Parts missing from roofs, holes up in the top of the roof opening into the attic, fences broke down all over the complex and not fixed or removed,front doors not painted yearly as in the beginning when Courtney was here, units and windows not washed down annually as when Courtney was here. Continual personnel change in Admn. is also an issue. We rarely see them or even know who they are. Not visible out in the complex. Used to be like a family. I miss that. On a more positive note, our Maintenance Managers are very competent, friendly, helpful, kind, personable and Know their Job. They’ve been nearly as long as I have. They are very valuable to the successful running of this complex.

Great neighborhood. Amenities are very reasonable for the price and location. Easy to make payments, make service requests, etc. wish there were more events for residents to build community.

The houses, maintenance team, and staff are all wonderful. The only thing I don't like is the surplus of dogs everywhere. They bark through walls and sometimes owners don't pick up after them.

Beautiful community! No issues since moving here about 4 months ago. It's very quiet and calm. The gym is small but has all the equipment I need. The staff is wonderful, neighbors are kind, and the location is perfect. I love walking to Paul's for cannolis in the evening.

This is a nice place to live with good parking, in-unit washer/dryer, and responsive maintenance. Leasing office communicates well too. Units are in good condition and grounds are kept well.

The rent is expensive and goes up every year..but the community is quiet and safe and the maintenance team is quick and excellent. I only wish that it was more affordable to live here, or that there were apartment upgrades that come with the rising costs.

This is a truly wonderful place to live. Taking our kids on walks through the paved streets in front of the townhouse is so fun, the trail nearby that goes through the woods is lovely and any service request are quickly fulfilled!

The staff were communicative and responded quickly when I was first considering the complex! The buildings are a bit older and you can somewhat hear your next door neighbors but it’s nothing to write home about. Overall this is a really safe and quiet neighborhood!

Overall, this is a great place to live. The apartment is high quality, and the location is excellent, with a Trader Joe's nearby. However, the walls are not very soundproof, so I can still hear my neighbor's loud music.

It was a bit challenging to get my place lined up remotely before moving to the area. They ran my credit report (hard, not soft inquiries) on all 3 credit services several times, which is annoying because each run dings my credit score a bit. Still, the location, amenities, and pricing look to make the place a nice value.
