Property Ratings at The Pointe! at Hot Springs
I lived here for multiple years and had a great experience overall. The price you pay for what you get, is hard to beat. They have the best dog park I have ever seen in an apartment complex. The staff seemed to care and they were on top of things. I honestly hate that I had to leave due to moving, but I’d 100% rent here again if I came back to the area.
I have lived at The Pointe for 4 years. It is in a convenient location, peaceful, the amenities are great. Pool, the grill is excellent the BBQ is easy and good. The best thing about the complex is the internet café. I use the fax constantly for free as well as being able to print as much as you like for free and having internet usage all while enjoying a variety of K cup coffees or teas. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Now for the negatives. The closets other than the closet in the master bedroom is small. there is limited storage space even with the storage unit on the balcony. speaking of the balcony it is difficult to enjoy with the large amount of spiders hanging out. The internet is a joke very slow. It is very expensive. the walls may be thick but the floor to ceiling isn't. I can hear my neighbors below. I HEAR EVERYTHING!!!!!!! like most apartments it is not kid friendly but excellent for pet lovers. The staff are on top of fixing things in a timely manner but I have not had a lot things that need repair and I have been here for 4 year. Very energy efficient. I have not changed light bulbs since I moved in. The bathroom finally went out but they replaced. Out of 1-10 and ten being excellent I give this place a 7
