Overall I have been in the complex 6 years its a great location not as fancy as some of the new apartments popping up. The apartments need to be renovated throughout the tenants stay not only during move out.

Been here 6 yrs a lot has changed over the years. Office staff is ok love the maintenance crew. Feels like the complex wants to keep up pricing with newer properties and not as new to do so!

We’ve lived here a few years and have enjoyed most of our time. Recently we’ve been having issues with our neighbors and it hasn’t stopped. Loud music, smoking, yelling, banging on the ceiling, slamming their door while we pass, revolving door of people, etc. We’ve talked to the office several times and nothing has changed. We are seriously thinking about leaving soon.

Overall it’s pretty good. However, 4 times since I’ve been here in 6 months the alarms have gone off and it’s taken days to get them turned off. I had constant communication with their email service and maintenance took way too long to resolve each time. Working from home was nearly impossible since the system is right outside my door. I asked for a credit and they wouldn’t honor it even when I informed them it was a contributing factor for when my lease renewal will come up. I was truly hoping they would consider and make a better effort since small things go a long way.

Completamente arrepentido de averme mudado en estos apartamentos mucho ruido departe de mis vecinos de arriba y son desconsiderados ruidos después de las 9 de la noche ninos corriendo y tirando cosas que se escuchan la unidad de el apartamento no me ha funcionado en tiempo de invierno reportes se han hecho y todo sige igual el bill de la luz muy costoso cuando los perros hacen sus necesidades los inquilinos no lo recojen dejan los escrementos de sus perros en la grama. Es una buena área pero estoy muy decepcionada.

Really quite complex in a great location for the RDU area. The gym is nice and has plenty of equipment where I am cancelling my gym membership. The pool looks nice but I’ll experience that when it warms up. They have a great package receiving area so you don’t have to worry about lost packages.

I like the apartment and the community. My only issue is that the parking has become worse over time. Some people have multiple cars and they use all of the parking. Even their guest uses the parking in front of the building. So residents end up parking either in front of another building, visitor parking, or in the over fill. During holidays it’s worse. One night I had to park all the way on the other side of the complex and walk to my building. Secondly getting in and out on Roger’s road is a nightmare. Sometimes it may take 15 minutes to get in or out. You would think that with all the businesses they would rally together to get the town to put a light there!!!! I have suggested doing assigned parking but that fell on deaf ears.

Love it here so far! Very quiet neighborhood and everyone is super friendly. The apartments are pretty spacious. The only issue which isn’t really an issue is the train runs about twice a day, once around 12am but it isn’t for long at all!

One bedroom and the light in the dining room area hangs down way too low and doesn’t make sense for a room like that. Hopefully they replace it with a traditional one for a high top table.

Love the area, minutes away from everything. Nice area. Would recommend if you’re looking to move to the Wake Forest area. Units are newly renovated and very nice.

Nice place and neighborhood, they do special events for the residents like free ice cream and food trucks. Some neighbors can be a little loud even past hours though

We moved in Oct 2023 and have enjoyed it so far, it’s very quiet. Everyone is really nice, staff and residents. The dog park is nice and so is the car wash, pool is a super nice amenity.

Honestly, over all I can not complain. I enjoy my time here and glad to call it home. It’s a quiet neighborhood and cozy apartment! Since the pool has opened I have met so many neighbors and I’m glad to call them friends!
