Middletown/Goshen is an area about 70 miles north of New York that surrounds Interstate 84 and Highway 17. This wooded community is an ideal mix of residential, natural, and modern areas. Modern amenities like the Galleria at Crystal Run, hotels, and the Garnet Health Medical Center can be found at the Highway 17 and Interstate 84 intersection. Golf courses, parks, and the Wallkill River provide residents with outdoor recreation. Most of the Middletown/Goshen rentals can be found towards the center of the region, and they range from mid-rise apartments to suburban homes. Just outside of the neighborhood, residents have access to massive state parks, New York Stewart International Airport, and more great amenities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Point at Sutton Hill
A mi me parece un hermoso lugar tranquilo todo muy limpiecito y de verdad que nunca escucho los vecinos y eso que rento un cuarto
Maintenance unresponsive and management subpar. Apartments are old, outdated and bug infested. Constant stench of marijuana in my apartment from neighbors. Walls so thin I can hear the neighbors conversations. Doors slamming all hours of the night. I can't wait to leave this dump.
It’s not what they make it seem to be. They try to advertise it is newly remodeled apartments with luxury appliances when in reality it’s the opposite.. you’ll get the same thing from the last tenants with maybe some new carpets. Everything is outdated and looks old. They seem to only care about The Point. In the apartments everything is practically covered in spackle and painted over. A few of the maintenance guys are nice but the maintenance manager is not. Nobody cleans up after their pets either, constantly there is dog poop in the grass. Seems to be new people in the leasing office that barely know what they are doing. Also, don’t get me started with parking. If you’re looking for thin walls, smelly hallways, ONE parking spot per apartment, and an incompetent leasing office… this is the place for you! If not: RUN!
If you love to hear your neighbors talking, listening to tv /music, hear whats going in in their lives...then this is the place for you. The walls and insulation in the apartments are non-existent and you hear everything. The other comments about hearing doors being slammed all day and all night is also correct. If you make a noise complaint, you will get hit with the response "that is apartment living". Which it is absolutely not. This is my main issue, although the parking situation is also terrible. 1 spot per apartment (even if you have 3 adults living in the apartment). If you are a student I would look elsewhere! None of your issues will get resolved
