I would not rent here again. Visitor parking is horrible, when it doesnt need to be. VY just sucking a few dollars more out of their residents. The fire alarms always goes off, key fob hasn't worked in weeks to the garage residence door. There are always people sleeping in the lobby or in the stairwell.
I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at VY Reston Heights. The combination of the fabulous staff and the great living space truly makes it a top-tier community. First and foremost, the staff here is absolutely outstanding. From the leasing office team to the maintenance crew, everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They make a genuine effort to make residents feel welcome and supported. The living space itself is modern and well-appointed. The apartments feature oversized windows that let in abundant natural light and the construction - it is also very QUIET in my unit. The community is always clean. If you're searching for a place to live where you'll be treated with respect and kindness by a dedicated staff, I highly recommend VY Reston Heights.
Reston Heights offers a phenomenal living experience! The staff provides white glove service and it has the cleanliness of a five-star hotel.

VY is a fun, clean, apartment community with great amenities. It is centrally located in Reston and the views of the golf course from my apartment are fabulous. VY is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Close to walking paths in Reston, it helps those with more active lifestyles be able to take advantage of all Reston has to offer. Viva VY!

Tires and wheels stolen from their garage I pay $60 a month to park in, in the span of 2 hours from when I last drove car and was going back out to it. They have yet to fix the front lobby door which is supposed to be secured. Been 3 weeks still broken and from other reviews apparently been broken. Had a package stolen from lobby as result. Never had all of this happen anywhere else I’ve lived.

We had to move unexpectedly before the apartments were finished. Marcy is awesome and got us in much earlier than anticipated. We were really stressed and she helped us through the whole process. Walbin and his maintenance team are absolutely amazing. They have taken care of minor issues common with a new build and helped us with things that aren't part of their job description, like moving the fridge to remove broken glass from our movers. The location is so convenient to access Reston Parkway, Dulles Toll Road, and the Wiehle Metro Station. We are so thankful for all the staff has done to help us settle into our new home with a gorgeous view of the Reston Golf Course.
