Property Ratings at The Point at Fairfax
We have really enjoyed our home at The Moxley for the past year. We just renewed and are excited for the restaurants to open soon! Our apartment is very spacious with large walk in closets, a fridge with an ice/water dispenser, a soaking tub in both bathrooms and a lovely balcony. Our apartment was brand new when we moved in 16 months ago and still feels brand new today. Throughout our time here, the staff has been nothing but attentive, courteous and help the community to feel like home. From my understanding, many of the staff live here which says a lot. Laura seems to be the glue which holds the community together. It's as if she knows everyone by name and will always greet you with a smile and take time to talk with you. I've never experienced a community manager so friendly, social and down to earth before. Tiffany in the office is also great. She is another one to always say hello and lend a helping hand. We do have new faces at the front desk and so far they have also been so kind. Maintenance is top notch. I've never had to wait longer than a day to have my service requests completed. If we are not home, they are sure to leave a card so we know they were inside. They seem to work so hard I almost feel as if they never stop. We constantly see them coming and going at a fast pace while sitting on our balcony observing. We have resident events often which are always fun and food trucks every Thursday. The location of our apartment is perfect as we can be on 66 within 2 minutes, have HMart and Walmart across the street and many food spots within walking distance. We definitely recommend checking out the apartments!

My husband and I recently got married and we were looking for a great place that would be with us for a long time, moving into the future. Everything about this place was gorgeous and not the mention, our guide Nathaniel was so helpful with every concerns we had. I cannot say how much we appreciate the experience, so much that I had to write a review! As a newlywed couple with so many questions, Nate made us feel like we were not crazy with our concerns and even gave us tips about the surrounding area. What a superb guy! We are definitely considering this place as our top on the list :)

From the first time my partner and I saw the Moxley from Fairfax Blvd, we were in love. We pulled over and toured the facility and within 2 months we signed the lease. They also have amazing move in specials! Tiffany was and is by far the best leasing agent in the DMV. The Moxley Apt is lucky to have a person who knows the value of the community and the ability to sell your next dream luxury apt. Upon move in (10/15/23), there were some things that we needed addressed. At the split of a second, Laura (Assistant Property Manager) came in and saved the day by solely being compassionate, patient and kind. Between these two ladies, the amazing property, friendliness of the staff and inclusive environment - I know my partner and I made the best decision for The Moxley to be our next home.
