Property Ratings at The Point at Arrowhead
This has been a terrible experience living here. We have to wait way too long for anything to be fixed. Also on a nightly basis we have the smell of week coming into our apartment and the women in the office have 0 care in the world about it. They are extremely disrespectful when we have to call them with a concern. I would never recommend anyone lives here.
Aside from late notices from management, swimming pool being constantly filled with debris, pest control never coming to service your place, stovetop breaks if you dont use it, dishwasher is just a dish rack that attracts pest, its okay. Its pretty quiet & crime free here.
We have been living here for 6 months now. Everything is always working, people are friendly and the staff is always on point!!! Pam is very nice and gets what we need done in a timely manner. I recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful place in the heart of Mandarin! Angela Kistler #4
I love the layout of the apartments and the fact each unit has the entire section. This allows nice airflow if you decide to open the windows and patio door. Also the fact of two ways to exit.
The area is beautiful and peaceful. The residents I've encountered are friendly. The staff has always been very helpful and professional.
This apt. community is safe!! The entrance is pretty,no trash lying around, grounds very clean.All breezeway"s are lit up, I say "Good work guys". We are close to every store you would need!
I would recommend this community because it's quite, clean in a great location. People will help if you need it and will leave you alone it you need it.
It is spacious, has lots of amenities and the staff is friendly.

Great property Manager, renovations are almost done, and they were wonderful and flexible with my early lease termination due to my recent home purchase. Lovely floor plan with updated kitchens and bathrooms. Cannot beat the square footage and price for this area.

The lease people are great! Very nice and very friendly! Complex are great, parking lot never really had a problem. Neighborhood - TERRIBLE! They are very rude, drugs sellers, crazy people, never put their DOGS on the LEASH, poo everywhere, never bother to pick up after themselves. I don't like people here. I only like one neighbor who live downstairs. That is it.
