I lived at my apartment for more than 3 years , it is one of the best apartments in the area. This is a really great apartment with an awesome staff. The best things about the apartment are the location and the free utilities they provide. Overall it is a very good apartment and a great place to stay.
The property is a very convenient place to live and the 2 bedroom apartment price is very affordable . I just moved in and haven't had any issues my repairs are completed in timely matter Norma and Edelina made my move in process go smooth ! I highly recommended The plaza apartments

I reside in a two bedroom apartment at The Plaza Apartments. I have been here for 6 years and I haven't had any problems . Close to shopping, metro, etc. Quiet and the office staff are very kind and helpful. Respond to issues almost immediately.

This place has been a hot mess from Day one AC and heat always going in and out this past summer the AC was out for 2 weeks we actually have NO heat right now smh. When I first moved in I counted 12 holes that were not filled mice and roaches there is always trash outside and inside the buildings. The washer and dryer almost never work there is always something wrong with atleast one or the other. The kitchen doesn’t have much space but that could just be my apartment. Parking is a nightmare they have no guest passes so guest will have to park on the street after 10 or get towed. Management is horrible It’s near a lot of stores but the money I pay for this place is not worth it.. save your money!

I've really enjoyed living in these apartments, the location are ideal & property staff is always extremely helpful. Love that is close to everything , parking sometimes I have to park far from my building but other than that is a great place to live .

This complex has one problem after the other. It is mice and roach infested. Parking is always hard to come by. As of now heading into a holiday weekend the A/C has been off for 1/2 of the entire community for over a week. The management team has posted notices throughout each building starting that the system wasn’t functioning correctly due to the cooler temperatures but that makes no sense whatsoever. Even when the system is functioning the A/C barely blows out any cool air. Please save yourself the frustration and move somewhere else.

They don’t respond to any requests, they don’t care about the residents,the entire office staff is rude and need to be replaced! There are more mice than people!

Recently Moved in early October. Could not be happier. I dealt with Victor and Norma . Each time, they have been approachable and extremely friendly. The maintenance team is fast and courteous. I am happy i call this place home. Location is great close to the mall and metro !!!

This place is horrible I moved in last Nov '16. When I moved in I had 8 mice and bed bugs this property is filthy. Nowhere to park ever the tenants hold parking spaces for each family and friends. The neighbors are filthy, loud music, trash in the hallways, kids in the building. You better not have a maintence issue because they will never come, my A/C unit went completely out this summer all they bought was a window a/c unit. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!! It only received a rating bc I couldn't submit it without

This place is terrible. Ac sucks. Roaches and mice everywhere even if your clean. No parking. Terrible customer sevice
They do not respond to any requests. There's big flying cockroaches in our apartment. The AC never works. And I believe they're planning on knocking these buildings down soon as well because new management has just bought the buildings. Stay away please.
It is convenient because it is right next to the mall, metro and some other businesses. But the buildings are old and have some problems. The rate is a little to high as well but I wood say it is OK here and the other places in the area have much higher rates.
