The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

A great place to live with great location and layout of spaces. The response times for my A/C request were attended by Reinaldo who was very professional and efficiently solved the problem. Thanks.

I moved here two weeks ago and I have had problems already. I was told the apartment would come with a full size w/d but the day of move in there was none in the apt. I have called several times about it but to no avail. Think twice before moving here
I’ve lived for about 4 months and I’m ready to get out of here worst place I’ve lived in
Had an issue with are oven in the apartment called for maintenance to come take a look at it. The office said he would be there that day. My fiance stays up all morning because she works night shift and I work 60 hours a week. No maintenance half of the day goes by we call the office they tell us again that he will make it by today. She stays up all day. He never shows. The next day I call the office and they tell me he will be over in the next hour it's been 3 hours my fiance calls me to tell me he still hasn't shown up. I call again he's at lunch they say 25 minutes and he'll be over. Another hour goes by no maintenance. My fiance drives up to to office to see what's up when my fiance pulls into the office lord and be hold the maintenance guy is sitting on the golf cart playing on his phone. She walks in. Girl who is always on her phone is texting away as always in the office. She looks at my fiance then ask if the maintenance man has been by she says no. They call him he stops playing on his phone and comes in the office says he was just at are apartment (lies) then says he went by four times the day before (also a lie). He finally comes over to the apartment after they tell him to follow my fiance back to the apartment. He comes to take a look at the oven go off to say we broke it by getting it to hot (as to say its are fault). Then goes oh the thermometer inside the oven is broke and that is what caused the coil to break. Needless to say since this has started we haven't been able to cook anything for a whole week. Told us the part would be in today and fixed. Fiance is still staying up waiting and you cant even reach the office staff on the phone. I wouldnt move here. This whole experience has been a nightmare on top of that every neighbor has subs in their car and it doesn't matter what time of night or day it is they turn it up as loud as they can when they come in the apartments. Haven't had a restful night sleep here at all. Had to call the cops on the downstairs neighbor for having over 40 people in her apartment as well as a DJ with a huge speaker set up. They played on a Thursday till past 1am had to go to a friends house and sleep on a couch. Was the best night sleep I had in 9 months.
Don’t move her my family got there car robbed someone stole all there tires from both cars. They say they suppose to have security but we’re is security if someone has time to steal a total of 8 tires .this place isn’t safe

I have a relative that lives there currently and I know what they have been through. They have put in five different service request to have 3 different things done at their apartment. Each time they ask they are told that the maintenance people are "backed up". It has been FOUR months now. The swimming pool was shut down by the Health Department this summer for two months. The gate remotes do not work. They have had them replaced 3 times now. The last water bill was over $120 more than previous month. They said it was an error by the water company, but it had to be paid to avoid late fees and other charges. Nobody will answer the phone when you call. Once you move in you become a ghost. Each month they have paid rent there has been "new charges, and different amounts". Please for your own sake look elsewhere. They have talked to "new management" multiple times and there is always an excuse for nothing getting fixed and always paying more.
Worst place that I have lived in my 35yrs of life! The office staff is HORRIBLE. They misplaced payments I've made more than once then blamed it on me. Once I proved that they we were wrong they did NOT apologize or admit to THEIR mistake. They don't greet you when you enter the office either. I hate this place and I just moved in March 30th 2016.

We would be happy to personally address any concerns you may have if you would be willing to reach out to our manager. We are under new management now.
I applied online and the attention was terrible, one of the representatives said that the administration fee was refundable and later the other said that it wasn´t. All the time I spoke with different people and they told to me very different and inconsistent informations. The prices at the web site are not real, they send some attracting information for you and once you make the payments for the application they only make you lose your time , it´s so bad!!!! Very dissapointed!!
My only complaint is the the floors are squeaky and you can hear your downstairs neighbor watch TV.Other than that the complex is clean. Very nice community. Haven't had any trouble with finding a parking space close to my apartment.
The Paramount it ok living it in a nice area but since it been hot we have been getting a lot of roaches.
Very spacious for 1-1 bedroom apartment the area is great !!!!!! Nice management staff
've lived in my current apartment since 2012. When I say I LOVE MY SPACE! That is an understatement! If I said that everything was wonderful I would be lying, BUT each time I think about moving, I can never find any place that makes me Feel AT HOME like my current apartment. I LOVE the secluded feel. Even though I'm close to the Energy Corridor, the Interstate, and the Hospital none of that activity spills over into our community. Our Care Team always has exciting activities that give us an opportunity to meet and greet our neighbors or just catch up with the ones we already know, but rarely see due to that thing called a busy life. The amenities and the layout of the apartment is something that I really love about my space. Each night when I arrive home I always say "Hello house!" I can't speak for everyone....But this is one lady that enjoys her living space. If you don't smile when you get home...maybe you're in the wrong place. Check out The Paramount!
