I've lived at The Pioneer for about a year and a half, and it's truly been an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch -- from the 24-hour gym and Peloton room to the summer pool and the building's dog-friendly atmosphere, it really has everything we need. One of the biggest perks is the proximity to the commuter rail, which takes you straight to North Station -- a huge plus for my commute.

Living here feels like a staycation every day. The spacious open-floor layouts—complete with sliding barn doors, in-unit W/D, and Nest-controlled comfort—make day-to-day life easy and stylish. I absolutely love having my own balcony with skyline views; it’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. What really sets this place apart are the amenities. The heated courtyard pool, fire-pit lounge areas, and outdoor movie theatre are impeccably maintained and feel resort-like. Inside, the massive 4,000?square feet gym with Peloton and yoga studio, golf simulator, onsite café, pet-spa, and work-friendly spaces mean I rarely leave the building. Overall, The Pioneer is clean, pet-friendly, safe, and packed with everything I need—or didn't know I needed. It truly feels like a vacation-oriented community with all the comforts and conveniences of home. Great property. I really enjoying living here with my family. It’s clean and well maintained. The amenities are an added bonus! My favorite area is the pool with the outdoor theatre and bbq areas. Feels like vacation!

I love our apartment! Having separate sides and bathrooms is great. Lots of nice amenities as well. The staff is so friendly and sweet! They are extremely helpful and responsive. Also, lots of fun events they host every month. I would highly recommend The Pioneer.

Great amenities and location, very close to the mbta. There is construction currently, but hopefully this will be a nice upgrade for the building.

I’ve been at the pioneer for almost four years now and love it. The area is up an coming with several new buildings and shops popping up. The office and maintenance teams are amazing, always willing to help and make sure you are taken care of.

I love the environment. I feel safe when I come home I feel like i have everything within walking distance. It's an awesome experience especially having access to a pool for the summer weather.

The property is always clean and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and common areas that really make it feel like home. The management team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is incredibly convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I am so happy that I moved to the pioneer! I just moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far it has been great! The amenities they provide and the events they have each month it's really such a welcoming place to live! The other residents also seem really nice over all it's been a great experience so far!
I like everything that The Pioneer offers its customers, from the amenities to the staff who are always available to help. I am happy to live here.
Building is awesome. Management team is great and works hard to respond quickly. The maintenance can be a bit frustrating, but otherwise a great experience overall.

It was a really easy move in process and everyone who works here is really nice and helpful and the amenities in the building are incredible. It’s a short walk to public transportation, so access to the city is relatively easy as well

My partner and I love staying at the Pioneer! Our favorite part of the experience is playing 8-ball most nights—it’s such a fun way to unwind. We also really appreciate the interactive activities that encourage guests to get to know their neighbors; it creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. Beautiful clean amenities. The gym is incredible, common space are great. It's winter so I haven't even had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor amenities but the pool, grills, games, outdoor theater, lounge areas looked top tier. Front desk is always helpful and friendly.

We have lived at The Pioneer Apartments for over a year now. The newness of a fun community, incredible gym, and attentive staff has not worn off. The close proximity to public transportation to downtown Boston and the airport is bonus. No parking fees or uber necessary! Free community athletic classes help change up work outs. We can’t wait for the pool to reopen, sit by the fire pits and enjoy grilling out. We love it here and would highly recommend it.

Nice area,good place if you need to live safe quiet and peaceful. Great amenities and greater management team! Huge emphasis on the management team here, because a lot of the buildings these days only have leasing team and leave tenants alone when there’s help needed, Pioneer’s team is the exact opposite of that, and that why we stayed here for 2 years already and intend to renew when the time comes!

2 Year resident here. There use to be comedy With Unlimited drinks and 10 comedians. Definitely bring that back. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helping with anything I need. I feel safe at all times, The physical space is stunning both inside the apartment and outside in the common spaces. Overall, I could not be happier with my choice to move into this Buzzuto building. I am overjoyed and feel truly at home.

Our first year at the Pioneer was an experience. My wife and I both love all there is to offer. We visit the gym occasionally. While the pool was open my wife loved to sit in the sun close to the water. And I would occasionally let the water sooth my aches and pain on my back. All our neighbors are super respectful and quiet as well. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live.

the constant daily construction is incredibly disruptive. My apt is on the construction side. I get waken up every morning & some days can't work from home because of the constant noise. They're so far from being finished. My lease will probably end before the buildings are completed. The fixtures in the apartment are crooked and look cheap. Shoddy construction job. Can also hear neighbors conversations, tvs & dog barking because of the thin walls. The amenities are sub par. There's no party room that's nice enough to host in. To use the pool in the summer you have to get a pass from the office EVERY TIME. Golf simulator has been broken for some time now with no estimate of when to expect it working again. Trash rooms smell disgusting (I know it's a trash room but I have never lived in a "luxury" building whose trash room smells so foul). This place is not worth the money. Plenty of better buildings. Only positives are the gym/ yoga room/ peloton room & kind management.
