great location, and 10000% (almost everything) better compared to some of the new neighboring apartments I also think Pioneer probably has the best bedroom sizes Biggest downside is assigned parking with no possibility of paying more for a specific spot

I love all amenities, the staff is all amazing, I feel safe and secure and happy. All the community events are so fun and thoughtful. Any issues are resolved right away. The only complaint I would have is the gym and work out areas seem to run quite warm, which I am at very often so this is a big part of my life.

Amazing location with great amenities. Outdoor pool, 900 sq ft gym, golf, pool table, etc. 1 min away from highway and numerous choices of food selections down the strip.

My move-in experience at The Pioneer has been wonderful! Abby, the leasing agent, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything so smooth. On move-in day, I picked up my keys with Brenda she was fantastic, very informative, and went above and beyond to assist with packages and get us set up with parking. The community itself is beautiful, and the Bozzuto team here provides excellent customer service and true hospitality. The entire office staff is always so helpful anytime I call or email, they respond promptly and with care. I already feel very welcome here and can’t wait to enjoy the amazing amenities and get more familiar with the community. I’m very happy with my apartment and grateful for such a positive start here at The Pioneer!

We moved into The Pioneer in October 2023. This is a wonderful community of very welcoming staff and friendly residents! The property is very pet friendly, including a nice outside area for dogs. We required a balcony in our new home. Fortunately, there are a lot of apartments that offer balconies, some facing the inner courtyard, others facing out towards Everett. The inner courtyard has a great pool and hangout area, including cooking grills. There is also a very nice rooftop area for hanging out, including shuffleboard and cooking grills. The monthly resident events are great (i.e. comedy shows, doggie treat days, yoga classes). For parking, there is a two-story secure parking garage, which the building sits on top of. We would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place that is very close to the city!
Just moved in last night. Everyone I’ve met seems friendly and I am in love with the view from the roof deck. The gym?! That alone is worth it.

We recently moved into the Pioneer and so far everything has been great! Abby was wonderful with helping us get set up. The apartment was very clean and maintenance has been quick to address the few issues. The amenities are amazing, especially for the summer and I love how it feels like a community. I've lived at The Pioneer for about a year and a half, and it's truly been an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch -- from the 24-hour gym and Peloton room to the summer pool and the building's dog-friendly atmosphere, it really has everything we need. I love our apartment! Having separate sides and bathrooms is great. Lots of nice amenities as well. The staff is so friendly and sweet! They are extremely helpful and responsive. Also, lots of fun events they host every month. I would highly recommend The Pioneer.

I am so happy that I moved to the pioneer! I just moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far it has been great! The amenities they provide and the events they have each month it's really such a welcoming place to live! The other residents also seem really nice over all it's been a great experience so far!
I like everything that The Pioneer offers its customers, from the amenities to the staff who are always available to help. I am happy to live here.
Building is awesome. Management team is great and works hard to respond quickly. The maintenance can be a bit frustrating, but otherwise a great experience overall.

It was a really easy move in process and everyone who works here is really nice and helpful and the amenities in the building are incredible. It’s a short walk to public transportation, so access to the city is relatively easy as well

My partner and I love staying at the Pioneer! Our favorite part of the experience is playing 8-ball most nights—it’s such a fun way to unwind. We also really appreciate the interactive activities that encourage guests to get to know their neighbors; it creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. The front desk staff is always welcoming and goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If any issue arises, they do their best to resolve it quickly. Beautiful clean amenities. The gym is incredible, common space are great. It's winter so I haven't even had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor amenities but the pool, grills, games, outdoor theater, lounge areas looked top tier. Front desk is always helpful and friendly.
