Simone was excellent she was friendly and extremely helpful. The staff at move in date was also friendly and efficient. The apartment itself is nice and the area is nice and quite. The gym and pool area is nice. I really do enjoy the Amazon Hub this is first apartment complex I have been in that has that and it's come in handy.

Being a pilot, i had to move and look for a safe, professional, family oriented place to live in. I found tgus place and i couldnt have asked for more. The pines at woodcreek is safe, upholds the highest level of profeasionalism and very interactive with the residents when hosting events and more. Real talk, the pines at woodcreek is very convinient cause the airport is 10 minutes from where its located. Its safe and i love how the staff and maintenance personnel always get the job done!!! Yall keep up the great work and continue to uphold those high standards!
This is a great mixed community of professionals. My family has been here since they first opened, and we have no plans of going anywhere anytime soon. Superb location to shopping centers, the bus line, and Bush Airport. Highly-recommended!

The Pines of Woodcreek have the friendly staff, a great sense of community, fun events, and a great maintenance staff!
Staff is always very friendly and professional. However, they appear to be very busy and don't always remember or follow through on my requests.
I love it here at The Pines at Woodcreek. The office staff is wonderful, the maintenence staff is wonderful. They keep the ground clean and clear of trash and debris. Super quiet here and no loud noises coming from neighbors. Its a peaceful community to live in. Thank you for making me feel safe here.

This is not a complex for you if you have children. With limited security it's unsafe. They do not care about the people, just care about the money. It's sad to see how you're treated when it's a big corporation leading the way. They want your money to get rich not to keep you safe. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Yes there is crime everywhere but it should not be this bad to where you have to constantly watch your bad. I moved here to live not to DIE!!!!!

please do not even think to move in to this complex. The incident is an accident occurs constantly. you can hear your neighbor's conversations, phone calls, and footsteps every day. (you can even guess what TV show they are watching, and you may even know their credit card numbers if they are giving out them over the phone) Cockroaches, crickets, spiders, ants(on the bed, floor and walls) and other insects are every where in your apartment and lives with you. (my everyday routine is check every bathrooms, bedrooms, sinks, tubs, floors, beds, walls, and ceilings. ) front entrance door always not working right, and you need to ask management to update programs on your remote key every time. overall, if you are very welcome to live or feels living cheapest motel paying expensive money, then this is the place.
