Do not sign a lease here. It is not a safe place to live. I feel extremely unsafe to the point that I am not sleeping well at all and counting down the days until my lease ends. The front entry doors to our building have been completely unlocked / open to the public for the entire month of January so far, and this has happened many times before in the two years I've lived here. Random people off the street, the homeless community, anyone who wants to can just walk on in and take the elevator to anywhere in the building they'd like to go. This has led to several of my packages being stolen and waking up to a homeless person sleeping in our lobby and on our pool deck on more than one occasion. When you ask the status of the door issues the office continuously tells you , "we're trying to get the vendor back out" , but there has yet to be a permanent solution to our doors in the 25 months I've been here. Additionally, our elevator has also been broken for the entirety of January so far. The other two buildings also have at least one inoperable elevator as well. At least one of them is almost always broken - way too many people having to wait for the same elevator. We continue to get the same story from the office - "we're trying to get the vendors back out, we're trying to order a part, etc." This place is WAY to expensive for these continuous issues.

The Pearl is a fantastic community and it's at the perfect location in Tampa. The units are spacious, the grounds and amenities are well kept, and it's great for dog owners. There are also about three events each month organized and hosted by Danielle and Scott, which serve as a fun way to meet neighbors and get some food and drinks! I cannot say how many times I've gotten to enjoy either a free latte, mimosas, pizza, bagels, charcuterie boards, omelets, or and interesting class.

Used to love it, a lot of changes recently it doesnt seem that management cares about residents that have been here since the apartment complex opened. Residents are very replaceable here and its reflected in the treatment and communication. Being accused of a noise complaint that was confused with one of my neighbors was the highlight of my year so far along with an iffy situation in the elevator. Safety is not a concern here, were on our own for that.

Although we have only lived at the Pearl for a short period of time, we have really enjoyed our experience. The staff has been kind and approachable, and have fixed any issues we've had in a timely manner. Our leasing agent, Jessica, and our maintenance team member, Shawn, have been helpful and informative, making our move-in experience smooth and successful. We would definitely recommend the Pearl to anyone looking for a conveniently-located, friendly, and welcoming home!

Love The Pearl! It's so lovely living here. The location could not be better, and the people are so friendly. It seems like everyone has a dog, which is really fun. The apartments and amenities are beautiful. The maintenance crew is around every single morning ensuring everything is good to go for another day. They have community events every month, which I look forward to. I especially enjoyed the Flower Market Day in February. There is always something interesting happening.

The Pearl is by far the best place I have lived in Tampa. You cannot find a better location, the staff are always friendly and attentive, and the apartments are spacious and well designed. I always recommend friend to take a look at the Pearl when considering moving into an apartment in the Tampa area.

Everything about this apartment complex is amazing! The staff is extremely helpful, the property is clean and well maintained, the residents are all super nice and my unit was more spacious and beautiful than I expected. When scheduling a tour, Brent got me in right away. He took his time with the tour and made it seem like he genuinely cared about my questions and showing off the property. (I cannot say the same for other apartments in the Tampa area). I knew same day this is where I wanted to live and I do not regret this choice at all! If you are considering moving here - do it! I have nothing bad to say about this place and the area is more than you can ask for. Thank you all!

The Pearl is the ideal place to live in downtown Tampa! With the modern industrial vibe you will experience downtown living like no other. The friendships my husband and I have made over the past year are incredible and we wouldn't have made them if not for the community that The Pearl has created.

Moving in and living at The Pearl has been an amazing experience so far. The staff is extremely professional, they go out of their way constantly to meet your needs, and the community is like a big family. I love the convenience and accessibility of the building, its amenities, and overall feel of the apartment. The modern/industrial look really appeals to my taste, and the facilities and support systems are extremely complementary. Parking, amenities, proximity to everything Downtown, and ease of movement is really on point. I love being a part of The Pearl tribe. I would absolutely recommend The Pearl to anyone!

0/10 would not recommend. Do not waste your money. Your property will be stolen, appliances break constantly and will not be fixed. Management will give you the run around. There are plenty of other apartments in downtown Tampa that value their residents.

My experience with staff and maintenance team members had been above and beyond the call of duty. One recent bonus when Sean and maintenance crew were replacing my microwave, they showed me where the Sprouts supermarket will be located a stones throw from the Pearl. That was a much appreciated bonus.

My girlfriend and I recently moved into the Pearl Apartments. The unit was clean and well maintained. Any and all issues were resolved quickly and the repair man was very professional. The apartment is in a great location, adjacent to the north of armature works with additional retail and restaurants on the first floor of the complex. Great walkability. Would definitely recommend!
