The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pavillion
The apartment complex is one that you will be fairly impressed by. While I would not consider it "luxury apartments" like it advertises, The Pavillion Apartments do have great amenities and very nice apartments. The jacuzzi is hot, the pool is regularly cleaned, access to the complex is nicely controlled, and they recently upgraded the grill! Within the apartment, all the appliances work well and the interior, while plain, is definitely workable. While the apartment manager that lives at the complex is AMAZING, the company/individuals that owns the complex are difficult to work with, are not understanding, raise the rent 3% every year, and have some old policies that they are not willing to update. You are also right next to a Caltrans station, near a popular freeway on-ramp, and near a hospital - so it gets really noisy. Other than those things, it's a great place. You're right next to the 101 and Ventura Blvd, which is quite convenient.
