I’ve spent five years in the Paseo town center and my time here has been wonderful. Not only the front office took care of his but maintenance is always take care of us, especially during the Covid years to make sure our family was safe.

The Paseo is a family oriented community! I love living here and being apart of the atmosphere! All the stores are walking distance including the gym! A great place to raise a family.

The management team at the Paseo is extremely poor. They often blame issues on other people and do not take accountability. They often are not friendly and frequently rude. I would not recommend anyone move into this complex. It is dirty and the management team makes it worse.

This community is truly perfect for anyone looking for a very nice place in a convenient location. There is food and shopping within walking distance. Amazing bike trails, excellent schools, easy access to freeway and plenty of entertainment near by. Not to mention excellent staff and maintenance crew. They always fix things quickly if needed. The pool and gym are awesome. If you don’t wanna worry about fixing stuff at a rental, don’t hesitate to rent here. The garages are awesome, especially if you have a unit on the first floor with attached garage. Updated units. Only thing I would recommend is easing back on pricing and rent increases for existing tenants. I believe the pricing is at the very max of what they should be already. Other than that, 5 ??! Thank you Paseo team!

I recently sold my house and downsized living quarters. I chose this location as I like the outside appearance, the area, pet friendly, and fell in Love with the floor plan of my apartment. It’s very modern, the color scheme is up to date and it’s very quaint. I call it my retirement home. Rachel, was very pleasant, kind and helpful when I first saw the apartment, that I didn’t even have to think twice. I remember asking her, where do I sign. But what I love the most are the Paseos and how everything is walking distance . I have no regrets.

Living at the Paseo for over 2 years now and still satisfied. The front office is always friendly, attentive and work quickly to resolve any issues. The community has wonderful amenities like a resort style pool, a gym, a bike path and small park for kids that are walking distance. The ONLY down side is the tenants that don’t clean up after their dogs. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing.

Wonderful place if you dislike visitors, because there's no parking for guests. This place has coincidentally gotten worse as the price has gone up. Very nice place up until a few years ago when the management company changed. Falls under the "don't judge a book by its cover" category, in the sense that it looks nicer than it is. You'll never get neighbors that last. If you're seeking a temporary home, this place might be okay. Building quality is average, sub-par.

We are very pleased with our apartment at The Paseo at Town Center. Our unit had been a redesigned unit with flooring in the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway and both bathrooms. Each bedroom was carpeted. We live the center island with plugs at both ends in addition to USB ports on the plugs as well. The self cleaning oven is fantastic and we live the ceramic cooktop as well. The surrounding area in Valencia is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of families. I feel very secure at any time of the early to mid evening to walk the complex. We previously lived on the San Fernando Valley and could not do that. All in all we are very pleased with our apartment and with the staff here at The Paseo at Town Center and would highly recommend living here.

Very communicative, very efficient, very friendly, and skilled. Crew always respects our requests, whether it be to call before coming in or to check out an additional item. The location is great being close to multiple shopping stores, coffee shops, & restaurants. Residents enjoy the trails for biking, hiking & exercise. The neighbors are friendly and so are all maintenance personnel. Quick responses to service requests. Clean grounds and ample space at the gym & pool amenities.

This complex is run like a corporate community with little to no personal touch. The grounds around the community are in poor shape for the amount of rent they charge, as I would expect higher level of amenities at this price point.
This place is Amazing. Quiet and well kept facilities. The front office staff are so Professional and Very welcoming people. We love it here
