It has been a pleasure living here since our arrival in September of 2019. The amenities are great. Family friendly. It is a Great area with great schools. It is Such a beautiful property. My daughter and I love it here! The new staff has been just as wonderful as the old since transitioning to new management. Allison and Liz are Always addressing our concerns immediately and providing exceptional customer service! The courtesy office is wonderful. Keep up the great work! Would highly recommend!!

New management took over in June and it’s been horrible since. Gates broke so you can only get in if you’re lucky enough to have a fob. Someone hit the gate trying to get in behind someone and instead of fixing, they blocked the whole thing off. The emails they send are rude. No one is addressing an issues. They started pressure washing and all of a sudden now it’s stopped. Who knows when Pest control has been out last. It’s taking 3-4 days for maintenance requests. If I would have known a new company was taking over, I definitely wouldn’t have moved here. Now I’m stuck.
These apartments were absolutely amazing when we first moved in. Since the change in management companies it has went down overnight. I absolutely will be moving out when our lease is over. Gate doesn't work. Pool isn't maintained as it was before Not enough workers in the office, usually closed due to tour or wait entirely too long for service. Maintenance employees doesn't have uniforms. They talk negative about the previous management. When the pervious management company were SUPER professional and didn't show any signs or make any derogatory comments about the change in management even to the last day that they were employed.

Really nice calm neighborhood. Quiet place where you really can relax. Nice staff who is always ready to help where possible. For me especially Devin she is the MAX!!!!! from day 1 all communication I had was with her and she was SUPER helpful and professional. I would recommend everyone to check this place out!
I love living here at the Parkway. Any issues or concerns are taken care of immediately. The Parkway always gives updates on events or issues happening at the time allowing residents to be updated. Every staff member that I have interacted with has shown outstanding customer service and are always eager to help. Before I moved in, I was having a lot of personal issues going on at once, and Devin specifically was able to make my transition/move to The Parkway very smooth and easy. There were absolutely no issues and she basically handled everything allowing me to focus on other tasks. Thank you for your time, and I hope this helps you get a little insight on things here at The Parkway.

I am very content to have lived here for almost 2 years, the staff here is so helpful they were always so sweet and attentive to anything I needed. Very clean, and maintenance is always walking around the complex, cleaning making sure everything is ok. Calm and peaceful environment to call home, and they definitely deserve more than 5 stars. The Parkway has all the amenities you need. The dog parks are great. The pool and fitness center outstanding and the personnel excellent. We looked at several properties in Kingwood, Houston and Humble and Parkway is by far the best value for the money. Our agent Mable was very professional in her presentation and helped walk us through any obstacles we encountered . She took us all the way from looking at the apartments to the lease signing process. Could not ask for more. The Parkway fit our needs and Mable did the rest. An overall enjoyable experience

I would highly recommend living at the parkway! I’ve lived here since it first opened in the summer of 2018. From the very beginning, all of the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Melanie took the time to walk me through different floor plans and even gave me ideas of how to set my furniture up. The staff was consistently checking in when we had issues with the water pressure and constantly gave us updates to keep us informed. The maintenance staff responds quickly and the grounds are always clean and well kept. They offer great amenities and also host a variety of fun filled events. I am glad I made this my home!

I love our brand new apartment. My wife and I moved in about a year ago or so. We were new to the area and Melanie made us feel as if we were already home from the beginning. She helped us through the process and was very attentive to our needs. I'm glad my wife made the right decision. We have made friends here and my wife loves the events they host. I fell in love with The Parkway as soon as I drove up to the apartments. They are absolutely beautiful, and everybody here is amazing! I really enjoy my stay at The Parkway. I had my eye on this location as it was being built and made my move as soon as my lease from a different property was over. Im glad I did. Roxanne and Melanie are always a delight and helpful. I first met Roxanne prior to my move-in and I know I can count on her for any of my concerns or needs. Melanie has a wonderful spirit and offers assistance when needed and both ladies always welcomes tenants and potential tenants with a smile. The property is well kept and maintained and of course, beautiful. The Parkway cares about their tenants and not only provide a place to stay, but their community gatherings/social events are a nice touch and I highly recommend this property.

With the short amount of time I’ve lived here, the staff has made a great impression and the maintenance as well. The community is always clean and Melanie always has a positive attitude every time I come in. The neighborhood is quiet, grocery stores are near by and downtown Houston is just 30 minutes. Great quiet community. I enjoy the fishing lake and the peaceful view of my apartment home. Melanie, the leasing manager, was attentive and professional in helping me find my apartment. Responsive maintenance staff is also a big plus. The grounds are always clean and my requests are attended to in a timely manner.

My husband and I went away for a long weekend and I was excited to come back to our new community at The Parkway! I love the beautiful lobby and friendly faces at the front desk. Mabel has made us feel welcome from day one. I’m always glad to see her. She personally called to me when a package I’d been waiting for was finally delivered. Thank you Mabel! And Melanie has come through with very helpful suggestions where to board our dog and where to get a great meal. We’re really happy here!

The Parkway has been a great place to call home. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help. The amenities they offer are the best in the Humble area. Even better than the surrounding sub divisions club house/ pool areas.

I moved to Houston area 4 years ago and have lived in 3 different apartments and until I moved into the Parkways. The other apartments was very poor in standards for customer service, maintenance and appearance. I have been here from the opening of the apartments and have not been disappointed. The fast maintenance, friendly staff and great floor plans and location have made my living experience so much better that I am going on my second lease term here. The activities and the amenities are great and you are so very close to the beltway, Bush airport, FM 1960 and so much more you can have your cake and eat it too. I have never had any issues during heavy rain, or noisy neighbors. Everyone that I have met is friendly and like living here. I plan on being here for awhile. Truly a great place to live. Consider this place for a peace of mind living when you are looking for your next home.

I just moved from Europe to Usa for our branch here in Houston. I visited a lot of properties and when I visited the parkway i was immediately in love with this property. I applied directly and Devin and Melanie did everything to arrange everything as fast as possible because I wanted the perfect apartment before my wife arrived. Now we are both here and its looks we gone have a wonderful time here!!! Thanks Devin and Melanie!

I had never felt more welcome in any place I have lived. I toured this property last year and I kept changing my mind between a 1 or 2 bedroom. Melanie has excellent customer service skills. She patiently showed me around at least a dozen times before I made up my mind. In my experience apartment complexes have a high turnover of employees. I see that Melanie is still here. She greets me by name and remembers my sons name as well after only mentioning him one time. I am very glad I chose this place because I had one instance when my ac broke and within 1 hr. It was fixed. It is peaceful, clean and a very friendly atmosphere. You get what you pay for; if you are doubting moving here, I can guarantee you peace of mind is worth more than a million Bucks. The staff is very helpfully; it is nice when I stop by for packages I see Melanie’s smile, because she’s friendly and makes me feel welcomed. After a long day of work it would be stressful to see someone not happy where you live. This is an excellent community with well chosen residents. I love that there’s plenty of parking spots and I don’t have to pay for it! Doubt no more, make the parkway your home!

Everything about this apartment complex is as close to perfect as can be. From the apartment itself, to the amenities, to the front office staff. Makes me happy to come home everyday.I especially enjoy using the golf room and the gym...top of the line. And if I do encounter any minor issues; the office staff do a great job of resolving. Especially Melanie. I've been living here for more than a year and, she never seems to be having a bad day. She's always happy, jolly, and willing to help and answer questions. Will definitely be staying for a while.

After having lived internationally, The Parkway is truly a place I can call home. Ten months after move-in, I can still attest to the following 1) The consistently good attitude of the staff, 2) Their responsiveness to resolving problems [which are few], 3) Timely maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, 4) And of course, the beautiful property itself. My husband and I have been here at The Parkway now for going on three months now... we moved from a home downsizing to a two bedroom apartment and we couldn’t be happier! We are one the third floor and I have to say my most favorite place now a days is on my balcony reading a book or just simply enjoying our view of the pool. There is so much to like and enjoy here. The friendly staff that work here... to the many amenities that are ours to enjoy... golf, library, fishing pond, fire pit, side walks that are provided around the complex to walk our dog or to just stroll and enjoy the day, and the beautifully designed pool. We are loving it here and plan to stay a long time!
