Park at Via Veneto

I currently live the at The Park At Via Veneto. Dogs barking all night, and some dogs runs loose. Some tentants are allowed to have grills on their patios, while others are told the fire marshall will not allow it. Everyone parks in the handi-cap parking spaces, and let's not forget the loud music. No window screens will be replaced, and often the water is turned off. Wish these problems would be addressed.

The prices listed here are a lie, they increase prices by about 300/month when you actually talk to them. They offer no military discount or veterans discount. They only waive a one time fee for active duty.

Unless you want to hear gun shots every night I don’t recommend this place. Parking is horrible. Poorly taken care of. Mold everywhere. Rotten floor. Can’t use fire place. Door can be kicked down in a heart beat. People you don’t know banging on your door at all hours of the night. Not worth the price. Not gated like was told. Maintenance will take forever to get to you.

really happy with the maintenance service I received. heater was old and was had a sudden. leak was affecting neighbor below as well. Maintenance stepped in immediately and fix the leak and provided new ac/heater system within 2 days. They kept me up to date with everything. They were friendly and they were quick. I know they have busy days and numerous tenants to tend to but the service I was provided was amazing. Thank you Via Veneto maintenance and service team!!! Nicole Richmond

The staff has bad communication and their customer service doesn’t make up for it! I’ve only been here one year and I’m already anxious to leave. My apartment was not ready for us when we moved in and there are things on the list that were promised to be finished and never were. A few of the women in the office will be very rude and disrespectful to you if you ever go in with an issue! I have never been late with rent or asked for an extension but have been treated like I am a bad tenant just because I wanted something fixed!

This place is horrible. The staff here are more lazy and sorry then the neighbors. After hurricane Irma hit yiu had all the employees just ridding around talking to each other while there were trees all over the place garabage backed up out of the despinsers. The neighbors constantly throw pool parties every weekend and can hear there music from two blocks away. Having no regards for anyone else living in the apparments. If you complain to management they get rude and are extremely racist or ( so lazy they don't wanna do anything ) that you end up getting in trouble for complaining about other people but they are quick to put notes on your door. WORST APPARMENT CONPLEX IN ARELINGTON.

I love living here. It's quiet and I like the amenities. Everyone in the office is very nice. I love my apartment. Modern updates. I've had no issues. Relocated here from Georgia.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Someone was murdered here in April. They will not disclose and they'll downplay saying it was domestic. That's the type of people they approve to live here. There's also mold on the exterior and god knows there's probably mold inside as well. They told me it wasn't mold, but clearly when white fuzzy stuff starts to grow on it, it's mold. They left rat poison in our a/c closet and the leaking a/c was messing up the cheap vinyl on the floor. The office staff are non caring and don't fall for they're lies about cleaning the grounds. We found a bloody condom that took them a week to clean after multiple times asking them. Stay clear of this place!!!!

Horrible!!!!!! I would rate this place with NO stars if it wouldn't posted! I Moved in March and READY to LEAVE!!!!! Yolanda is rude and unprofessional!! I have currently been waiting for maintenance to come and fix my dish washer since March! It's almost JULY! My kitchen sink and garbage disposal is clogged and leaking underneath the sink right now. Called the phone number on the website and the "sprint voicemail is full" is all I keep getting! What a joke! Seriously?! You don't even have an emergency maintenance line??????!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT LUXURY LIVING AT ALL!!!!!!!! Another one of neighbors truck was hit while parked in the parking lot! Staff and maintenance unprofessional and unqualified! The roaches are the REAL residents at The Park at Via Veneto! I LITERALLY HATE THIS PLACE AND NOT WAIT TO LEAVE THIS FLITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As the title the new management is amazing. i have lived here for a year. they helped me so much when it was time to renovate my apartment. thank you office staff!!!!

I love everything about this property. The new management has made such a difference. I haven't had any issues with staff or maintentance. The grounds look amazing. I love my home!!!

I literally hate everything about this community, enough that I am paying to break my lease. Everything the staff has told us has been a complete lie. All workers in the office are very rude. The apartments are disgusting. We were promised renovations by December and it is now April and nothing has been done internally. The painters that decided they wanted to paint my porch ruined everything on it including my expensive fruit trees. Nothing in the apartment or on the grounds works. None of the washers or dryers in the facility work. Our dishwasher and garbage disposal don't work. Although they respond to work orders quickly, they do the bare minimum to fix the problem. Our door and windows leak when it storms. They advertise themselves as a gated community, yet there's no gate. My husbands car has already been broken into. I can not stress enough that no one should live here.

Strange new trouble making neighbors on the 2nd floor constantly knocking on everyone's door with complaints in building 1. Appliances are outdated since 1988 . The old management was better than this one. Can't wait until my lease expires. Ready too move out of this dump.

There are roaches every where!!!! And for the price they offer for rent is not worth the interior or the landscape.. There's dog dropping all on the walking trail. I'm sorry but this is the worst apartment ever.. I would never recommend this place to no one... Not even my enemies...

it's very private and quite. The On site laundry mat is the best and their pet friendly. I would recommend anyone to move here. Only thing negative I have to say is I wish the second hate was open because it sucks having to drive way to the front because the back gate it locked

We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, our kitchen is very small and appliances are very old, (they barely work) the entire kitchen and bathrooms need to be upgraded, the walls and doors have many visible patches where there used to be holes, the outside needs a lot of maintenance paint coming off and damage outside our door not suitable for people with big families since it's not a very kid friendly neighborhood.

First floor apartment that let's the sun in everyday. 700 square feet, carpeted floors, pantry, w/d connection. I love the geese and ducks and the weight room. You will love living here because it's near everything. This complex is near shopping, supermarkets, public transportation, etc. The best thing about it, it's quiet.

Walking distance from food and shopping. The property is very well kept. The office and maintainable staff are friendly.

I have lived here at Madison Springwoods for 10 years and would never dream of moving. From the office staff to maintenance team they all are friendly and take care of their reasidents.

Considering the amount of traffic driving through here blasting music, the neighbors constantly fighting and my outdated/flimsy kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the stove that looks like it's from the 70's this might just be the worst apartment I've ever rented. So thankful its just a 7 month lease that will be over soon. What a nightmare.

A nice change from whee I was at last, love the sites people the area, stress less.
