Fantastic living experience! The grounds are beautifully maintained by a dedicated maintenance team who are always prompt and efficient. The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities here are great, the gym, pool areal and spacious clubhouse.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Park at Kendall. The management, especially Ms. Azucena, has been incredibly helpful and attentive. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to respond and always handled thing’s professionally. The complex is well maintained and overall atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed community! Plus great for those rush office meeting, it has plenty of space to sit back and enjoy some coffee. And they loved my dog;)

I’ve been living here for over a year, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience. The apartment community is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. When I first moved in, my main concern was parking, but after living here for a year, I have no complaints. I always find parking, no matter the time. The location is also very convenient, making it a great place to call home

I absolutely love living at The Park at Kendall! The staff here are amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The community truly lives up to its name, with lush landscaping that creates a beautiful and peaceful environment. The maintenance team is top-notch, responding to service requests quickly and efficiently. And the ladies in the office? They rock! Their kindness and dedication make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
