The Park at Franklin

The property is great, and the apartments themselves feel luxurious and are up to date with every appliance you need. There are plenty of events on a week-to-week basis, and the landlord/property managers are extremely helpful. Due to having to move out of state, I will be ending my lease, but if I ever come back to NJ I will look here first.

I must say Michael was so amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very good at getting things done in a timely manner. We are truly satisfied and grateful…. Thank you for making the process so easy …. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

I would highly recommend the Park at Franklin apartments for any one looking for spacious apartments at a great price! I also highly recommend working with Michael in the leasing office, he has been very cooperative and helpful throughout this entire process!

Apartment complex is convenient to all amenities shopping stores are nearby and convenient to all major hyways, staff are knowledgeable (Gabrielle and Michael were very helpful) Apartments are maintained (Maintenance Team) are Excellent in addressing issues right away, Thank You for keeping the Grounds impeccable.

Noreen from the leasing office is very professional, answering my questions via email or call promptly. This was my first time applying for an apartment, there were many steps to this process, but with Noreen's help the process was less overwhelming. I am excited to move in soon!

The team at Park at Franklin was responsive and helped us out with video tours because we were from out of town. The model units looked nice and updated and the common area appeared very well kept. We did have small inaccuracies in our rental agreement but both Cristina and Noreen quickly addressed these issues.

I have very positive review for The Park at Franklin. We are living here from more than a year and didn't faced any single issue. Cristine in the leasing office was a terrific help and was there to answer questions we had in the application process. The renovated apartment is beautiful, big closets and huge living room. The complex is beautiful as well. as well as the complex. Can’t wait to enjoy the summer here!

I have lived at the Park at Franklin for 12 years and will be moving into a renovated apartment soon. Noreen was extremely professional and helpful in making this happen. The application process was easy and efficiently handled. Thank you Noreen! In addition, the maintenance crew is very good here. Issues are resolved promptly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived at this complex for 3 years. In the beginning everything was ok… Thst was until we started seeing the bugs, large centipedes roam my house like they pay rent. Complex does absolutely nothing and leaves us to deal with theses pests all year long. The Dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash. Management passes by this issue everyday with no fixing. The Men living above us were so disgusting and causes a cockroach infestation that has now made its way down to my apartment. Complex sent company out ONCE to put so gel bait and that was it. Can not wait to move!

When my husband and I went for a tour it was great. Noreen was so helpful and informative. And even while taking time to think about our decision she kept up in the loop. Through the whole process Noreen was very supportive and made my husband and I feel great about choosing The Park at Franklin for our next home!

Lived there for about 5 years. The apartments are ok, but the management company is horrible. If you are late on rent, they will automatically file eviction, take you to court, and make you pay their lawyer fees. Absolutely no exceptions and no compassion. After I moved out they sent me a bill for $1200 for a bs reason. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like arguing and/or going to court.

The first time i scheduled something for repair, Juan took care of my issue right away. It was a leak in my sink in the kitchen and he took care of it before the end of the day!!! The second time I asked for repair again, my issue was taken care of again....before the day was over! I love that they always take care of the problem as soon as they arise. Again, i thank you all for your prompt attention to my issues in my apartment.

After my arrival to NJ I have selected this apartment. Leasing officer Cristina and staff were very friendly, they clarified every signal questions I had with great manner and respect. so Im really exited to moving to The park at Frankline next week.

We came to tour the complex a month ago and are about to move in soon. So far the process from the tour through the leasing process has been smooth and transparent. The staff was very accommodating and answered any and all questions we had, and we look forward to moving in soon!

I will be moving to NJ at the end of august and found this application process to be smooth and easy. I do not live anywhere near New Jersey therefore I could not go in person to view the apartments or ask questions. But with Noreen’s help I was able to get all of my questions answered. (I had what seemed like hundreds of questions.) But, Noreen was patient and explained every question I had for her in a quick and timely manner. Transparency and quick responses were key in this process and I’m very excited to be moving in at the end of the month.

The initial application process was pretty smooth and the staff was friendly and helped us out with any questions we had.

Came to see the complex back in June and my tour with Cristina. She answered any questions that I had and allowed us to tour the apartment for as long as we wanted. The application process was very self explanatory and I received an answer within hours. So far the experience has been good. Looking forward to moving in

We had great customer service from Christina who was patient enough to explain the facilities for the community .She also allowed us to visit the appartment though it was on the process of getting cleaned .She took care to answer all our queries that followed.

Searching for apartments, especially in a different state, is never a quick and easy task. However, Cristina at The Park at Franklin made it an enjoyable and stress-free experience. We were anticipating a lengthy apartment search with several weekend trips to New Jersey, before finding the right home, but as soon as we met with Cristina, toured the property, and discussed the details we walked away reassured. The property is well maintained, has lovely flora, and Cristina is professional, responsive, patient, and thorough. A delight to work with. Thank you, Cristina!

I have been living at The Park at Franklin for a month now. The leasing staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to answer any questions that I had and were very informative during the application process. The community is clean and well maintained. There are pathways between apartments that all lead back to the center so the amenities are a quick walk from most of the apartments. The apartments themselves have new appliances and have been repainted. Unfortunately, there are some minor maintenance issues that we are looking in to getting fixed.

We have visited many communities but not able to finalize any.But once we reached The Park at Franklin , we found the place very clean and peacful. Noreen, manager there helped us a lot and made it very pleasant. She explained us each and every thing. Even for the online leasing formalities, Noreen helped us in each step and guided us and answer the number of questions we asked to complete the process and about the apartment as well.After move in to the aparment we found few minor things in the house which Noreen taken seriously and fixed all immediately.Thanks Noreen for being so helpful and supportive.

We are first-time renters and moved in a few weeks ago. So far, we are very happy with the apartment and the agents in the leasing office. We have worked closely with Noreen and she has guided us through the application, moving in, and setting up our resident portal. We applied online and were contacted very quickly to schedule a tour. We received a tour from Kathy and she was very friendly and informative. The model apartment is identical in finish to the apartment we rented, so the tour was very helpful for our decision to apply. The application process was very straightforward. Noreen guided us through the application process and was very friendly and courteous, even after our many questions, all of which she answered. Additionally, the rent includes almost all of the utilities and there are no additional fees (e.g., amenities fee), which gave us a more accurate sense of our monthly cost for the apartment. The complex is very nice, clean, and quiet. The apartment itself was recently renovated and everything was clean when we moved in. The kitchen appliances were all new, which was a nice perk, and the apartment seems freshly painted. There were some things that were finished sloppily, but nothing that would be considered unacceptable. Our only other complaint is that the windows are old/outdated and that all of the doors (including the closets) are not fitted properly. The doors are difficult to open at times and can get stuck, which makes opening/closing the doors louder than it should be. As for the windows, the frames were all very dirty and had dust packed around them. Because of the older frames, the windows and balcony doors are difficult to open/close without the windows/doors coming off of the track. Also, the window screens have holes so they do not keep bugs out. We have reached out to Noreen with these issues, and she was very responsive and assured us that she would work with us and maintenance to ensure our concerns are addressed. Overall, these apartments are clean and look great and the complex itself is also clean and seems quiet. We have yet to utilize the amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, or tennis courts. We have rated the complex as 4 stars due to our current concerns. However, given that our experience with maintenance goes well, we would highly recommend The Parks at Franklin.

Very quick and easy application process- we got approved basically overnight! Christina was very helpful throughout the application/leasing process. Looking forward to living here soon!

4-5 nights a week the neighbors are banging around at 11-12 or later at night. Manager says that’s normal and to be expected in an apartment. Being woken up and not getting any sleep is normal if you ask Kathy. If you value peace and quiet and good sleep DO NOT LIVE HERE

We applied online and were accepted overnight, their whole process is seamless and straightforward. Noreen assisted us and has been extremely helpful, kind and quick even with the dozens of questions we've had. We've been looking for the right place for 2 months and this was the first apt complex that is actually responsive and seems to cares about inquiries/emails and future residents. 10/10 recommend.

I can hear and smell everything my neighbors do and cook. Not just cook but also smoke marijuana every single day. My windows and doors are all completely shut. The smoke and smell of weed gets blown in through my vents. This makes me very uncomfortable and nervous if I’m unknowingly letting some drug into my system against my will. When brought to the attention of the property management team they said it’s normal for apartment living. This must be a joke… I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move to a true luxury community who cares about the well being of their residents.

All what you looking for in an apartment will find it here, the apartment is renovated and clean, maintenance is always available, finishing is excellent, well designed, wonderful view from the balcony, clubhouse, community is calm and walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants

The worst part about this place is the management and resident services. They are so rude and dismissive of any concerns you may have. They disregard anything you say and offer no help, all while having a bad attitude and speaking very rudely to their residents that make this community.

If you plan on renting, stop the idea. Even you have no choice, do not rent the first floor. The ceiling is extremely thin, if there are kids living upstairs, you will never get good sleep. They run and stomp, and you can hear everything. You can also hear their screaming and crying, and the parents did nothing to stop the horrible noise. When you complain to Resident Service, they will tell you that you should be prepared to have some noise when living on the first floor. Avoid this place, avoid letting them have the chance to say live with the noise.

This community is not a luxury development. They can’t even handle snow removal in a time effective manner, or at all for that matter. Buildings are ancient and extremely noisy. You can hear your neighbors dog, every time they sneeze, their television etc. I have made the property manger aware and ALREADY SPOKE TO THE FRONT OFFICE about the neighbors waking me up and disturbing my peace on a daily basis. Her response? This is normal for apartment living…. Do what you want with this information but please don’t be miserable living here.
