Don’t move in these apartments. They don’t want to fix anything. I have put in 3 work orders for the same thing and they still ain’t fix it

don’t move here they do not work with you with your rent. quick to throw you out your apartment. when it get hot they have a real bad knats problem. you never can get them to answer the phone and the leasing people have attitudes
These are the worst apartment ever don’t move here. They don’t fix nothing at all my Air went out it took them 2 weeks to fix the air I have a child with medical issues and I’m pregnant. Nothing got fix that was on the list when I first moved here. My refrigerator went out and don’t know how long it would be to get a new one. The agents in the office are rude as hell. I’m backing my neck and canceling all holidays to move from over here. If you know what’s best the project may be better than moving here !!!!
Nothing would get done for the request you put in to be handle when they move you in!!!! They don’t care about the trash and dumpsters left with mess around the community!!! You can complain million of times about a situation nothing will get done!!!! They install new toilets but leave you with filt old modeled stoves which the whole kitchen needs to be remodeled ( VERY OLD FASHIONED) !!!! Make sure your apartment fully ready before moving and GNATS FREE!!!!
I did the application after thanksgiving they told me I would have a move in date by December beginning of February I paid my deposit to secure me a spot . February had came and I haven’t heard anything I haven’t had a move in date it took two weeks to answer the phone cause now at this point I want my deposit back I gave them 500$ total which they told me was refundable the whole thing !!!! They only gave me 350 back and the rest was going towards admin fees and they told me nothing about that and I ask for an explanation on “ admin fees” he couldn’t explain it to me would not recommend horrible
People hanging out in the apartments like it’s the projects. Maintenance never responds to requests. The property managers are rude and unprofessional.
I have never meet a group of unprofessional, disrespectful, ruthless people in my life. I can’t believe they still allow Bre to work there, she wasted our money and time, she called with much excitement in her voice, your approved and the apartment is available, knowing that we were waiting she never called back.
The maintenance team is slow to respond and Sophia's simple maintenance test such as changing an air filter. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, and very unapologetic. The old management team was much better at handling maintenance requests. The rent price keeps rising but no improvements have been made. It is totally not worth the money to stay here.
New management has revitalized a few things and raised the price every year. Also, the rapid response to maintenance problems have stopped altogether. I have been waiting for months to get my shower drain looked at and fixed. Apartment has changed their hours and number with no notification to tenants. The old number is still located on the building also. Would not recommend to anyone.

Lots of space open kitchen area and great closet space. Thin walls though, seems like the upstairs neighbors are walking in your place sometimes especially if they are loud and a large amounts of kids.
I have lived here for a year now and I have had no problems from them. the staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. if you have any issues with any thing in the complex the maintains will come out to fix it for you. u will have the kids out playing everywhere in the summer and when the weather is nice but kids are kids and we have to remember we were kids too. no issues with break ins in the area police do patrol on the bham and county end and make themselves known. other than that I love living here and have renewed my lease for another year
