Very helpful, the apartment felt and looks brand new, they help immediately when there is a problem, beautiful parks, and everything is close. Would highly recommend!
This is literally the cheapest complex you will find in Flower Mound, TX, but it's not low on quality! The grounds are well-kept and loaded with trees and walking paths. There are two pools, one of which is quite sizable and situated in a picturesque courtyard. The buildings and units are a bit older than other complexes, but have been nicely maintained and renovated (renovated units are slightly pricier). The maintenance staff is incredibly fast and efficient, with a 24 hour or less turnaround on fixes. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. There is always at least one employee available to discuss your concerns right when you walk in. Overall the apartment complex is in an excellent location - minutes from the famed Highland Village shops and specialty grocery stores. It's situated in a neighborhood setting instead of a commercial one, giving it a more homey, private feel.
I've lived at the Park at Flower Mound now for just over 2 years and have enjoyed it. Its set back away from the main roads a bit in a neighborhood which keeps everything really quiet and also makes for easy access to the awesome Flower Mound trails. I'm currently in a 2 bed and 1 bath and when I first moved in the rent couldn't be beat by any other apartments in Flower Mound. The buildings themselves are a little older but very clean and well kept. I've never had any major maintenance issues and the small ones have generally been handled very quickly. All the staff has been nice and very helpful. The turnover rate had been very low too as I have only had one neighbor move out in the 2 years I've been here. Overall its been a really good apartment and I've enjoyed my time here.
Great Apartment! Grounds and amenities are well-kept and work orders are completed in a timely manner. Prices could reflect the quality of the units better, but overall a great experience.
