Richwood is a small town an hour south of Houston. The area is suburban and located next to Brazosport College. There are five parks in town for residents to enjoy. This tiny community features several unexpected, unique attractions. Learn about time gone by at the Brazosport Museum of Natural Science. Scuba dive into Mammoth Lake, an underwater museum showcasing a variety of interesting remnants including an amusement park ride, old ships, and an antique fire truck. The museum is named after the 38,000-year-old Colombian Mammoth remains found here in 2003. The museum also has a mammoth replica.
Richwood is typically a quiet place but a few festivals are held every few months in the neighboring town, Clute, only five minutes away. The annual Fall Festival has a silent and live auctions, vendors, and classic Texan barbecue. The annual Great Texas Mosquito Festival is a three-day event with a festival, contests, and live entertainment each night.

The East Bank at Richwood Village is great place to live. It is a quiet community where the staff are very assistive to your needs.
Hi we love it here at EastBank, we feel secure and are very pleased to have our needs met in a timely matter . The folks here are pleasant and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Our apt is beautiful and adequate for our living pleasure thank you
The apartment complex is super clean and if I ever have anything that maintenance needs to look at they always come in a timely manner. The office staff is super nice also.
The apartments are kept up and is super quiet ..
We are enjoying our home . It is very quiet and clean when you walk outside . There is also the gated community we appreciate. And staff is helpful in accommodating any needs .
We have lived here for a month and so far it has been very nice and refreshing. It has been stress free and enjoyable.

Ana & Erica helped me so much when I ever needed anything, every time I walk in the have smiling faces and make me feel welcomed no matter what the case maybe, they also always been on top of anything I needed I never had to wait. I love smiling faces and if you do too please go with them! One happy resident!
I can honestly say that my 1 year stay here was excellent! Front office was always very helpful. Every time I had a maintenance issue they came right away. I had a pet that I would walk around the complex very often and everyone was very friendly towards us. I'd even go inside the office with him to say hi and they'd some times have treats to give my dog. I was able to use their refer a friend promotion which gave me a $500 credit towards rent, which benefited me greatly! I sadly had to leave because my company moved me in short notice and the front office, especially Ana, was very helpful. Even after I moved out I was still able to contact the front office and ask for help that they certainly did not have to do. I loved the location. It is right in between Angleton, Freeport, and Lake Jackson. The Kroger was just down the street and if you like HEB it was just another 5 minutes. Overall my experience was excellent and I would move back instantly!
The staff here was rude and mostly incompetent for the majority of my stay. The pool was out of order for a solid month during the summer. Poor water pressure. The apartments were clean and rather nice but cheaply built like most apartments. Upon move out, I was charged for minor wall damages from faded paint and they gave me a three hour window on a saturday morning to pay it before I was sent to a collections agency. There are better options in the area, i encourage you to pursue them.
Hands down. I was one of the first to move in and the place seemed super nice, especially for the price. Then turnover began in the front office and the team upfront changed for the worse. The apartments became dirtier with little care to maintain them, they let anyone in and there were constant complaints of people urinating off balconies, up late drinking and being rowdy, and I personally dealt with loud neighbors more than I cared to. Raccoons are also a serious problem, more than once did I deal with an aggressive raccoon. The gate constantly has issues, which is a problem for getting in or out. Remotes work maybe 50% of the time I'd say. But all of that could be overlooked if it weren't staffed by the biggest joke of a group of people I could fathom who "manage" the place. They are rude, unprofessional and petty to levels you don't want to begin to imagine. If you have any issues, you WILL be on their radar and they will use their authority to nickel and dime you while holding you to a binding lease. BH Management is a joke, and will flat out ignore you if you try to reach a solution with people outside of the property. Live somewhere else, anywhere else. Hell I'd live in the most ghetto Freeport apartments before I'd even entertain the thought of living here again, dead serious.
