The Paramount Platinum Triangle

What I like about The Paramount Platinum Triangle. The area is very nice and well kept. I like there's a Onsite Gym, Pool area which is also very nice. There's a very nice Grill area , to me this is a plus. The location of Paramount Platinum Triangle is a very nice are and there are Bus Stop near by.

We just moved to the PPT about a week ago after an agonizing long wait of knowing if we would be eligible to live here or not. We wanted to live here so bad when we first toured because we loved the energy of the staff and were taken with the community. Brianna in particular was our biggest cheerleader and we are very sorry for constantly pestering her throughout this process but she helped make sure everything was smooth and secure. We appreciated how honest and relatable she was throughout the process and how she continues to be helpful even during our stay here. The community itself is as nice if not nicer than the pictures and the neighbors so far have been very friendly. Living here has been super convenient as well. So far there is a bit of a learning curve of knowing how to navigate the buildings as we're located on the south side with being somewhat far from the mailroom which means we have to either cut through the pool and gym/clubroom or at night we have to navigate around to the outside or walk all the way around. There's also difficulty in finding free parking for guests but that's pretty much expected for any place that is downtown especially in Anaheim so we expected that much. They have a system that allows you to reserve parking for a small fee per day though which is a good stopgap if you if want convenient protected parking. Overall we've loved living here so far and are looking forward to make new memories here! It's certainly the nicest apartment I've ever lived in and such a convenient location.

this review is on behalf of my mom and I want to say thanks to all the office staff and maintenance team. everyone has been so helpful to my mom who is not tech savvy. when she needs help submitting a maintenance request she stops by the office, Cody and Krystal are always helpful. Even though she can always call for assistance she loves stopping by to see them. thanks for everything you do

The apartments here are very nice. They make me feel safe to live here and also being very close to the entertainment helps as well.

I work in healthcare and the one thing I want to do coming home is just relax and workout. The gym is open 24/7, which makes it easier for me to squeeze in a sesh with my crazy work hours. Truly love finish in my apartment and love how welcoming the team was upon move in.

Just recently moved into Paramount. The touring and lease process was quick and easy. Cody and Brianna in the leasing office have been really nice and helpful.

This place is like living in a hotel. Its close to everything and you have great amenities. The inside of the apartments are beautiful. Everything is great about living here.

I only been here at Platinum Triangle for about 5 months. I really like the area of the location. Platinum Triangle is a nice place to live. People are very friendly. What I like the most about Platinum Triangle, there are different event at the location, for example. Movie nights for the kids by the pool, Food Trucks, Ice Cream event and other fun things.

Awful experience living here. Elevators are constantly down and the staff does nothing to help. Parking is terrible. No guest parking and no way to purchase a second spot. Worst apartment around. Save your time and money and pay for something that actually is “luxury”

This place has deteriorated after ownership changed. We pay for amenities but, more than half of the firepits do not work. Most of the grills don't work either. They have also lowered the maintenance they have in their landscaping. There is dog poop all over the complex including the halls and stairwells and it smells like dog urine as well. When we first moved here it was clean and well taken care of. Now, it's definitely not worth what they are charging everyone in rent. The cherry on top, the elevators have not worked for weeks and they don't care.

I’ve lived here for years and it’s done downhill fast! They are not taking care of the place at all, and when you call to bring up issues, they say they are working on it but nothing gets done! The elevator has been broken because mostly likely they never did the maintenance since the permits in the elevators were expired and than got taken down completely. I’ve spoken to manger several times, and still no follow up or update on any of the issues. It’s so unacceptable, we don’t even see anyone working on the elevators as the office claims that they are! There’s a sweet lady in a walker that said she has to stay somewhere else because she can’t make it up the stairs!!! This is unacceptable! The pool is dirty, weird people who do not live here always praying, leaving minors alone in the pools at all hours of the night. Loud crazy parties in the clubhouse, with open containers. People parking in your spot or blocking your parking spot. The jacuzzi is set on boil, and I’ve called and emailed, and I am treated rudely and ignored! How is it legal to set the jacuzzi to 109 degrees??!! Also Maintenace is so poor, constantly the gates are broke, homeless people wonder onto the property. There is a security, who just sits there and does nothing. And not to mention all your packages get stolen! I can’t wait to move, except I’ll have to hire movers to help me take everything down 4 flights of stairs! I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed at this place! Also when the elevators work, they are full of dog pee and poop, the hallway carpets are sooo dingy, have the worst stains including vomit that are not cleaned ever.

Entry gate has been opened for months, not feeling a safety feeling, anyone can enter the facility at anytime.

Disappointing experience, the rent is ok but the building is really dirty and need maintenance: - Bad smell in apartment - Dirty washing machine - Dirty faucets and leaking - Scary elevators - Broken trash chutes, with bad smell in hallways - Trash cans at parking level smell bad, change them or relocate - Really load noise at 2 am from the warehouse next door - Dirty fridge - Dirty carpets in hallways

Units are well designed, parking is almost non-existent, maintenance is slow to respond to community wide work orders and do not fully fix problems.

The maintenance team is available round the clock and responds in a timely manner. Also, the team member discuss the problem at hand and various options to fix the problem.

Great place to live. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a nice community as well.

The maintaining of this complex is atrocious and utterly disrespectful to everyone who pays money to be here. Pathetic.

I think matinence is very diligent, as I put in a request and within an hour they were at my door to fix my sink which was successfully fixed within 15 minutes. Great team they have and whenever I put in a maintenance request it is handled almost immediately.

Furniture of Common seating area is torn amyd filthy . Apartments around swimming pool have dog poop in their terraces. Heating system around the pool for seven months not maintained despite complaining . Pool table has broken sticks Carpets in corridor are dirty humid and smelly so are trash rooms. Elevators being out of order for four days doesnt seem to be an urgent issue for them

Any issue or concern I contact the leasing office with is never returned & I have to reach out multiple times for a response. they obviously don’t care about service, my car was broken into in the lot two weeks ago but has the office responded to me? Nope.

Horrible security, and upkeep. Used to be the best complex in the area.

The building and the grounds are well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. The residents in the apartment complex are friendly as well.

My car was stolen in the open garage while there is no security in the community, and no my packages get stolen from my front door and I told the office but they didn't do anything, I don't feel safe at all, I feel so bad.

We love the layout of our unit and the complex seems to be generally quiet. The location also is excellent. All of our requests for maintenance issues have been responded very promptly usually on the same day or two. We haven't been able enjoy the amenities as much as the design and the access is not as easy and spread out all over and we were often getting lost trying to get to the rooftop or some other amenities. The only major issues have been some of our packages being stolen and having difficulties getting hold of someone when calling the office.

This is great for both single residents and those with families. They have excellent amenities (my personal favorite is the gym!) The courtyards and pools are well-maintained. All units have a balcony as well. At night, you will hear the Disneyland fireworks and surely see tourists as this is a prime tourist region. If you are looking for a SAFE & modern apartment community, Jefferson Platinum is my 1st recommendation.

There's clean and good for walking dogs. There is not much space in the guest parking lot, so sometimes you have to park by the side of the road, but the swimming pool is clean and it is a good residential space to live in overall.

Lovely property. Great Maintenance team. Great amount of amenities. Furniture in amenities need upkeep. Communication sometimes is unavailable. Friendly staff.

This community is awful. As soon as greystar took over everything fell apart. It's impossible to contact the office staff about anything. My roommate still can't get into the resident portal after five months and the amenities you can't even use. What's the point of having a gym if you have to go to the office to make a reservation and get a key fob but you can't even speak to anyone in the office.

Great location. Easy access to freeways and attractions.

The overall experience has been great, the building is amazing and the city of Anaheim has tons to offer.

Not the best living environment. There is never any guest parking. Whenever there is a concern I have to call 3-4 times til its addressed. We receive continuous emails about what we can and cannot do. Its not comfortable. Lastly, the entry doors of the north building do not work with the fob. Ive heard many neighbors complain about the apartment complex.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Staff will be impossible to get a hold of once you sign your lease. Lots of surprise charges when you move out, for deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, and painting. Even though it’s DIRTY when you move in. Nor safe to live in, lots of Airbnb guests being loud at all hours, and abusing all the amenities. Walls and floors are super thin, Property is not maintained, and it’s not easy to navigate. You can hear the factory next door BLASTING music straight through the night..and I do mean BLASTING. Visitor parking is non-existent, and people parking on the streets in a diagonal taking up the lanes where we’re supposed to drive. This place is a huge waste of money. Still trying to get a hold of someone months after I moved out because they keep trying to bill me. Emailing me statements more than once a week but can’t respond to any of the emails I’ve sent them, or voicemails I’ve left.

Good afternoon, My girlfriend and I have been trying to set up a lease for a few weeks now and we have been running into numerous communication failure with the staff from the start and it has been quite irritating. It has been difficult to get a hold of the office, we have yet to receive any call backs from the voicemails I have left, and also a staff member left my girlfriend hanging multiple times after promising that he’d call back in 10 minutes to fix errors they made on the lease. Mind you, we already paid our application fees and hold deposit so we are not random visitors. We are invested in moving into this apartment but my confidence in the staff is dramatically declining. After the numerous follow ups from our end, you would think the office would keep us on the radar and assist us. If this is the case when we haven’t moved in yet, how many more issues are we going to run into with the office and apartment after moving in?

As we just finished our first year at Jefferson Platinum Triangle we can honestly say that this is the best place to live. We have weekly events that are put on by the CARES team and are amazing. We also are treated so kind by the leasing staff. The property is always immaculate and the team does its best to make sure we are taken care of. We love our life at JPT!

We just decided to renew our lease at Jefferson Platinum Triangle because the last year has been the best apartment experience for us. We have been able to attend free fitness classes and property events on a weekly basis since we moved in. The grounds have been kept very clean by the maintenance team and the office staff has always addressed our questions quickly. The property is in a great location being close to Angel's Stadium and Anaheim Gardenwalk. We just love our life at JPT!

THE APARTMENTS ARE FANTASTIC. THE STAFF THERE ARE SUPER WELCOMING AND VERY INFORMED TO JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU ASK THEM. THE ENVIRONMENT GIVES YOU ROOM TO EXPRESS YOURSELF WITH NO LIMITS IN YOUR LIFE. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS PEACEFUL AND HAS MANY TOURISTIC LIKE SCENERIES WHERE YOU ARE ABLE TO ENJOY YOURSELF AT HOME.
