Property Ratings at The Palms of Archer
Pool almost never open. Change management as often as I brush my teeth. Did not do one thing they promised to do when we bought our place. Water is unavailable several days a year. The landscape company will mow down all of your plants. Actually insisted that I would have to pay to replace my electrical pedestal when it broke, but they couldn't get by with that one. I got yelled at for not reporting that my neighbors were moving. It wasn't any of my business. Then when another neighbor who they knew was moving asked me to call to tell them he was gone, they told me it was none of my business. The maintenance has a large yard for dumpsters but you never know when it will be open. They left a toilet and a dead snake across from my house for weeks.
This community does not take good care of their home owners. Their lot rent is the cost of a loft apartment, almost $500 just for home owners, not if you are a renter. Issues take 5-8 months to get resolved, even when you contact everyone of their staff members, including management. The community has safety issues, with approximately 110 incidents reported, anywhere from theft to assault. There is little to no cooperation from the community staff, as well as the bank who owns the property and finances the majority of the purchased mobile homes in the park. I do not recommend to anyone to purchase a home here, they will not take good care of you.
