Terrible Communication/ Area

If I could give them a 0 I would terrible communication. Were saying one thing then another super unprofessional. Tammy had an attitude and acknowledged they were miscommunication but still said they wouldn’t do anything. Front doors are left unlocked and heavy gang and homeless area. Saw someone pull a gun out when I was going to give my deposit . Ghetto .

Great Experience!

I recently moved into a 2b2b at the palms on Kittridge. Tammy and Vanessa were beyond helpful with my application process. I’m so happy with my new unit, it is very large and modern. The gym is also very useful and the views are amazing.

The Palms at Kittridge

I recently moved into a brand new apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Tammy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From handling my application to showing me various apartments, she ensured I found exactly what I was looking for. The process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The apartment itself is beautifully finished, with attention to detail that truly stands out. The neighborhood is clean, welcoming, and feels like a great community. I’m excited to call this place home and look forward to contributing to keeping it as pleasant as it is now. Highly recommend!
