Stay away When moving into these apartments you will be shown and apartment not comparable to the unpainted, uncleaned apartment. Before moving in you’ll be told all neighbors are compliant to the rules of the complex This is not true. Adults walking drinking beer, smoking weed, loud and noisy. Manager observing. Children have no structure or discipline with actions similar to the adults in the complex. No worth the money you will be throwing away.
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. Absolutely love it here. Never a problem with the neighbors. Anytime there is a maintenance issue management is always quick to solve the issue. Will stay here many more years if let be. Highly recommend these apts, nice clean n friendly ??
The neighborhood are very loud. Many residents smoke weed here. Insecure place. Also, the maintenance likes working at night, tremendous loud noise in the evening when we need to rest. The apartment is poorly constructed and managed. Stay away from this place!
I have heard nothing but good things about this place and I am super excited to move in at the end of september. this is where I am starting my life and finally moving out of my patents.
This apartment complex is very good, very quiet, clean and more important, very good neighbors We just move here a three weeks ago and is very relaxing.
