Do not rent here! They have an unaddressed toxic mold problem in the Parcel Pending room, fragrance in the lobby that is toxic, and they do not take care of the property. I have paid over $1000 in extra water and sewage bills for a toilet issue that was never addressed since I first moved in over two years ago. Don’t move here!

When you move out, they charge you $249.17 for painting and $175.00 for cleaning even if the apartment has only normal wear and tear and in good condition overall. They didn't tell me about it when I moved in and it's not stated in the lease. The lease says "Your apartment must be returned in the same condition you received it, excluding normal wear and tear". When I asked about the extra painting and cleaning charge, they sent a move-out checklist that I hadn't seen until that moment. The checklist mentions "Move out charges and quotes are subject to change at any time, without notice". So basically, they put together a move-out checklist with prices they wish to charge and they don't inform current or future residents about it. They force you to pay it after you move out which is the first time you see such checklist and charges. They don't take the charges off or give refund. So you have to dispute through your bank. Beautiful property, always clean and has great amenities! I live in a studio and there is plenty of space. Would recommend if someone wants to live on this side of town. Only complaint is I don't like the Latch system and wish we had a fob instead but now a huge deal.

Moving across the country is definitely a challenge, especially coming from NYC. However, we couldnt be happier with the choice we made at The Rise. I am so happy that I found this building while driving by with my friend. Stacy was so helpful and made my move-in experience easy. I must mention that the building has a very peaceful environment, amazing amenities, and the staff is thoughtful. The people who work here in general are helpful and nice. The Rise apartments deserve 6 stars. It's like renting an apt in Paradise inn.

The Rise was designed with everything in mind. I love my apartment unit -- it's so beautiful that it's almost hard to walk out the door. Everything is new, clean and well designed. Whenever I cook a meal or wash my clothes, all the high-quality appliances are easy to use and make the task pleasant. The hallways and amenities are immaculate too. The other day, I saw that someone had dropped cookies in the elevator, but soon enough I heard a maintenance staff member vacuuming the mess up. Also, the management and leasing staff members are nice and communicate promptly to resolve any questions or concerns. I love that there is guest parking too. I haven't even mentioned the view of the Hollywood sign from my unit, but that's my favorite part! The only drawback for anyone who is sensitive to noise may be the fire station, as is the case with me.

The building is great, but the Rise is too strict and has too many rules around the amenities. You feel trapped in your apartment from 10pm as everything is shut, there is no where to walk and get air. I have to get in my car and drive to an unsafe park. We are in Hollywood, it is not safe to walk around. There needs to be somewhere for the residents to relax past 10pm. The building is beautiful, just wish we had the freedom to use it whenever we like.

I apologize about any misunderstanding about our amenity hours as our fitness center is indeed open 24 hours a day. We do have an outdoor gym that we close at 10pm to ensure weights and loud noise are not heard echoing through the building. We do our best to accommodate all requests and have these schedules in place to ensure everyone can enjoy their homes and the amenity spaces. I have moved to Rise Hollywood a month ago. The move-in was smooth and the leasing team was amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Stacy who helped me measuring the apartment dimensions before renting and expedited the leasing process as I needed to move-in by less than a week. Living here so far is amazing and the complex is very safe, the neighbors are nice and the staff very friendly and supportive if you will need anything. Amenities are awesome including the pool and the 24 hours gym.

The Rise is a amazing community, love the atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its definitely a luxury living experience that makes you feel like youre on vacation all the time.
