Been here for 5 years now and very pleased with the improvements made. Maintenance and front staff are excellent. My issue still remains regarding parking. Changes have been made to where we can get a vehicle towed if they are parked in our assigned space, but if they are blocking my vehicle in, I am basically out of luck. As someone with cancer who has a lot of appointments to get to and enough to stress about, this is just an added stressor on top of it.

Great customer service and every one of the workers and agents is friendly and helpful. We just have issues with our usps packages being lost. Hope this issue gets fixed soon!

It’s a quiet neighborhood, easy accessible to grocery stores and my work. You can catch major bus transportation because many buses passes outside the neighborhood.

Love living here. Office staff and maintenance are always so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is still parking. It has gotten better since using on call parking, but I feel if I am paying for a service and someone is blocking my car in, stopping me from even getting out of my parking space, it should be towed. Other than that, living here has been good and improved over the 5 years I have been here.

I enjoy my apartment very much. I’ve had no issues regarding living here :) I would say though, neighbors aren’t as neat with placing their trash in the dumpsters outside. However, the Osprey maintenance/landscapers do an excellent job with trying to keep the neighborhood clean. I just wish they didn’t have clean behind competent people.

I love the look of my apartment but my first day here was a bit upsetting. While moving in my neighbors got into a dispute and during their argument my daughter almost got hit with a rock. After moving in I found that my ceiling is leaking water and the tile on the roof collapsed. At night I attempted to take a shower only to find that I have no hot water and finally someone attempted to break into my car in the middle of the night. During the tour it appeared to LOOk like a beautiful neighborhood but now I’m wondering what I might have gotten myself into.

I've had a wonderful experience during my residency at Osprey Apartments over the past few months. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. Great place to live. Very clean . Very respectful staff. The only thing 1 pool is not enougn for the appartments. Som residents need to walk 15 mn to get the pool

Nice experience, wasn’t expecting to be able to hear neighbors so vividly through the walls at night but I can manage- neighborhood is relatively quiet though. Wish the walk ways were cleaner but grass and bushes seem to always be maintained. Staff is excellent and a big help, only concern is not being able to reach them via phone. On the contrary, they promptly respond to emails.

My transition into my apartment was a smooth process. So far all the amenities and appliances are in working order, unfortunately there was no coaxial outlet available for internet service. The cable company had a technician come out to help correct that for additional $100. The parking at night is a little tight and I have notice a small trail of ants coming in through the Sliding glass door.

The community is nice, I haven’t had any issues staying here. It’s been hard for the past year to pay on time which was new to me due to some financial difficulties but Aisha has guided me through every step besides there not being much amenities for the price of the rent the community has been wonderful.

I have lived here for 4 years and I have enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Asia and Destinee are great and maintenance always comes same day to fix issues. My only complaint would be the level of noise from renovations, especially the non stop drilling above my unit.
So far I’m overly excited to be apart of this amazing community the process has been a very easy and smooth one and I’m looking forward to being here

I’ve been here for 4 years and everything bas been amazing. Maintenance and leasing staff are great. Neighborhood is quiet, landscaping is improving everyday.
Very quiet community , staffing is friendly, very punctual about fixing problems in unit. As for myself, I prefer for each unit personalize parking spaces..
My experience as a resident has been wonderful it is very peaceful nice and quiet very safe neighborhood for children we always have fun activities and wonderful events
So far it’s been really nice living here, the people are friendly and the staff are very attentive. Only issue I have is insects. Ants especially are every where
I lived here for a year and have a lot of mixed experiences. Pros: The maintenance staff is extremely nice, the apartment was spacious, the area was well-kept. However, while here I had to deal with roaches that came from an adjacent unit for about 5 months. Pest control didn't do much, I ended up buying my own products. It was the worst apartment experience I've had. Another problem was neighbors, there were many times when people would play extremely loud music until 2am. It is also overpriced and lacks amenities.
Minus the parking issues I’ve had for 2 years, I love living here. Maintenance and the office staff does a great job making sure everything here is maintained. My only complaint now is all of the noise from renovations on old apartments.
This is probably the best place that we have lived in. Everything is so common peaceful. We are enjoying our place. Maintenance and the front office always help when needed. I also like how they offer events for the community as well!
I been here for less than a year and every month my AC Unit is broken. Sometime three times in one month and I’m not exaggerating this is reality for us. When they do come to fix it they turn it off and we have to leave our home for hours. We have to be sleeping in the heat. They sometimes bring fans to cool down the Apartment but those fans, plus the AC malfunctioning sent our light bill almost $300 a month. It is very frustrating, uncomfortable and very embarrassing especially when we have company over.

It hasn’t been too bad. There are neighbors tend to blast music. But for the most part maintenance has been good. The office can be helpful but not always. Chances are they will try to increase your rent by a substantial amount if you want to renew. I don’t know if that applies to everybody…. Talking from exper. Buildings are older and parts of the sidewalk floods when it there’s a storm. Solid 3-3.5 stars.

Very quiet community and close to all major stores. Has all the amenities I need and want. Has affordable rent prices and when I have an issue the maintenance is there to fix it.

The osprey is a nice community. Friendly staff and residents. Community is kept clean and I love the pool. i love the flowers they just planted near the office .

I have lived here for the past 7 years., The community is a quiet one! That’s the first reason I have been here this long. We have problems with our apartment just like any other apartment but as soon as maintenance becomes aware, they try to talk to us to get a better understanding of what’s happening so the solution is more successful. There are no problems as long as you follow the rules of the community. The office staff is pleasant. The amenities are great! I just love the clean quiet friendly neighborhood ??

There are great amenities here and it’s a nice neighborhood. I would recommend this place to friends and/or family. Overall 7/10 There’s a nice pool there as well.
