The community is safe, very clean, quiet and great environment to grow children. The staff are courteous and will assist you with any issues you may have or any questions you may have to ask.
Absolutely pleasant, it’s an amazing place to live with great spots close by. Amenities are nice and noise is kept to a minimum. Great place for anyone to live
Not the newest neighborhood but it’s a Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, updated units, minor maintenance issues but it always gets resolved

Awesome time here for the past 6 years. The staff is amazing and the people are friendly. The property is clean. Just wish there was a gym here and a better pool area for the price of rent.

I moved here in 2023 in my 2 bedroom apartment and recently moved into a one bedroom over here. And from 2023 to now it has amazing, and the staff down at the leasing office were as amazing. They made the whole moving process easy and i have no complaints. The area is nice and clean which other apartment complexes don’t really have. And the apartments are spacious. Also when you put in a request order there very fast with it and you don’t have to wait long.

Very spacious inside apartments. plenty of parking. Very convenient to have washer drier dishwasher and microwave. Lots of closet including a huge walking closet. Plenty of cabinets in kitchen i gave grandson to visit. Like the fact that it has a playground. It also has vaccines and tire air station for car. Pool is always clean. Overall great place to live

Been here for 5 years and I love to see the growth! Maintenance is always quick and accommodating and communication within the portal of things going on have gotten much better. Not to mention the new system we use to pay rent that we can earn points from and have it reported on our credit. Just awesome in all aspects.

I feel like the Osprey management is here only to get people 's money for leaving in the community but do not care about the wellbeing of the residents. Before I came in confirmed with the Leasing office that it's a non smoking area but the Leasing office gave me an apartment in from of Marijuana smoker which make my family uncomfortable with the cloudy smoke and deadly smell inside our apartment. I contacted the management and they apologize instead of resolving the issue and respecting their words of saying smoke free apartment. I request a non smoking area ,nothing was done but they never miss a month to send me reminders about rent to pay every month. They care only about about our money not our wellbeing. My family is really disappointed. It is a really bad experience and the first bad experience of Leasing. I give less than 0 star.

Been here for 5 years now and very pleased with the improvements made. Maintenance and front staff are excellent. My issue still remains regarding parking. Changes have been made to where we can get a vehicle towed if they are parked in our assigned space, but if they are blocking my vehicle in, I am basically out of luck. As someone with cancer who has a lot of appointments to get to and enough to stress about, this is just an added stressor on top of it.

It’s a quiet neighborhood, easy accessible to grocery stores and my work. You can catch major bus transportation because many buses passes outside the neighborhood.

Love living here. Office staff and maintenance are always so helpful and friendly. My only complaint is still parking. It has gotten better since using on call parking, but I feel if I am paying for a service and someone is blocking my car in, stopping me from even getting out of my parking space, it should be towed. Other than that, living here has been good and improved over the 5 years I have been here.

I enjoy my apartment very much. I’ve had no issues regarding living here :) I would say though, neighbors aren’t as neat with placing their trash in the dumpsters outside. However, the Osprey maintenance/landscapers do an excellent job with trying to keep the neighborhood clean. I just wish they didn’t have clean behind competent people.

I love the look of my apartment but my first day here was a bit upsetting. While moving in my neighbors got into a dispute and during their argument my daughter almost got hit with a rock. After moving in I found that my ceiling is leaking water and the tile on the roof collapsed. At night I attempted to take a shower only to find that I have no hot water and finally someone attempted to break into my car in the middle of the night. During the tour it appeared to LOOk like a beautiful neighborhood but now I’m wondering what I might have gotten myself into.

I've had a wonderful experience during my residency at Osprey Apartments over the past few months. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. Their commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment is truly appreciated. One of the highlights for me has been the variety of holiday and community events. These gatherings have made it easy to connect with neighbors and feel a sense of community, which can be hard to find in larger apartment complexes. Great place to live. Very clean . Very respectful staff. The only thing 1 pool is not enougn for the appartments. Som residents need to walk 15 mn to get the pool

Nice experience, wasn’t expecting to be able to hear neighbors so vividly through the walls at night but I can manage- neighborhood is relatively quiet though. Wish the walk ways were cleaner but grass and bushes seem to always be maintained. Staff is excellent and a big help, only concern is not being able to reach them via phone. On the contrary, they promptly respond to emails.

The apartment is so beautiful and spacious. Al the appliances are new. Have beautiful floors too. And until now It seems to be a peaceful comunity.
I love my new apartment, it is very comfortable with everything I need and the most important, a lot of space. Very friendly staff and a lot of ammenities.

My transition into my apartment was a smooth process. So far all the amenities and appliances are in working order, unfortunately there was no coaxial outlet available for internet service. The cable company had a technician come out to help correct that for additional $100. The parking at night is a little tight and I have notice a small trail of ants coming in through the Sliding glass door.

The community is nice, I haven’t had any issues staying here. It’s been hard for the past year to pay on time which was new to me due to some financial difficulties but Aisha has guided me through every step besides there not being much amenities for the price of the rent the community has been wonderful.

I have lived here for 4 years and I have enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Asia and Destinee are great and maintenance always comes same day to fix issues. My only complaint would be the level of noise from renovations, especially the non stop drilling above my unit.
So far I’m overly excited to be apart of this amazing community the process has been a very easy and smooth one and I’m looking forward to being here
