We have lived at Orchard Market Plaza for a little over three years. Management changes have occurred. Some good, some not so good. Our current manager Megan is great, responsive and proactive. The best part of living here is the neighbors. Come down to a Wine Down Wednesday and meet our life style coordinator and lots of great neighbors. You will also often hear some great music and get a little dancing in with Tom the Music Man. The amenities and activities are wonderful.

I love this place from the day Mr Trinidad took me around before signing the lease. It is everything I want in rental apartment for more matured folks (shy of using seniors because there are some here that are below 60 years. The serenity and security are unmatched. You can hardly get the sense of community that I have seen here since my about 8 months stay elsewhere. Complimentary breakfast is served Mondays to Thursday and social events are often held for residents. But please note that the complex is not an assisted living facility but simply a luxury home for seniors.

You must pay for their selections of TV and internet. The internet is great, but the only TV selection is DISH, basic DISH, no sports (no ESPN), no movies(HBO, Stars, etc.). You don't even have an option to add these packages.
We've been here at the Orchards since its opening in July of 2020. The residents are friendly; the staff are very helpful; and the activities are abundant. Great value for the money!
I moved into The Orchards in June. I can't say enough good things about my new home. The office staff is AMAZING! They are professional, friendly and extremly helpful. I love all of the amenities that I get living here. There is a beautiful pool that my granddaughter enjoys when she comes to visit. If you are looking to downsize or new living arrangements I HIGHLY recommend stoppoing by to visit The Orchards.
My husband and I have lived here for 8 months and we couldn't be happier. The staff is great and responsive to our needs. We have already made many friends and have a real sense of community. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are great. We highly recommend The Orchards at Market Plaza.
